Great service after I totally destroyed my phone screen and rear glass. Quick turnaround when several other places told me they'd have to send my phone (Samsung galaxy s10) away to be repaired. No more expensive than the official Samsung process, but much quicker!! Works perfectly. Lovely friendly staff too. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a phone fixed quickly!

Service was good. Had my screen and battery replaced. But when I asked to keep my previous screen I was told I wasn’t allowed. This is annoying as I view my phones previous screen as my property (even if it isn’t functioning). I don’t see any reason I shouldn’t be allowed to have it back after the repair. Left a sour taste.

I travelled to the British library today when on return back at St Pancra Station I realised I had lost my oyster and my battery died! Explaining my situation to one of the members of staff they very kindly allowed me to charge my phone! Had an issue with a Pixel 4 wireless charging and audio following a screen repair I have done elsewhere. These guys identified the issue and fixed all problems by doing a complete screen refit. So why not 5 stars? Firstly, when I dropped off the phone, I asked if it was possible to diagnose the issue by opening it up. I was told that there was a risk of breaking the screen if they did that and I would end up having to pay for the screen repair replacement in such event. It would have been nice if they could have diagnosed it without that risk. Next day when collecting the phone, all issues seemed fixed although for whatever reason the wireless charging with my Pixel stand didn't work in-store, while when I came back home it worked perfectly. Perhaps, they got USB cables that aren't compatible with Pixel stand? Weird. Thirdly, there is a small speck of dust on the edge of the frontal camera. It seems to have no effect on the camera fortunately, but it would have been great if they would have noticed and cleaned it out before assembling the phone back together, especially given the repair is £220. Overall, happy with the results, as the phone is finally restored and all issues are fixed, but I think they could have done even better.

Always great. Fixed my phone one time without losing any data when Samsung said they’d have to wipe it (it got stuck in safe mode and so I couldn’t back it up) and the last couple times cleaned my charging port for free (which we thought was the issue, which it wasn’t) then helped me realise the charging port was broken. Unfortunately they didn’t have any charging port components to fix it with but if they had I’d be 100% assured it be fixed and won’t hesitate to recommend them if other people I know have phone problems

The screen of my iPad needed repairs (whole Screen smashed up). Raj identified the issues immediately and explained the work required to replace the screen. The original turn around estimate was given as 48hours. 2.5hours later, Ashley called to say he had managed to fit my iPad into his schedule and had completed the work on it! I had an amazing post-repair service at iSmash KingsX St Pancras. It was soon after they had changed my battery (on my dying iPhone 6s), a pixel glitch had appeared on the screen. They immediately replaced the screen free of charge, and even the battery too as there were a few issues with that too. They couldn’t have been more helpful - hats of guys to such an amazing service! And no extra charge, all gratis ! Oh yes and as I left the shop he remembered the screen protector was missing since the repair and quickly put a fresh one on there too! Again All free of charge. Brilliant shop. Super helpful team. Thank you!

I replaced an iPhone 6 screen that had been installed just over a year ago and stopped functioning. This is the first time I use ismash and I was very satisfied, especially compared to previous experiences in other places, Easy and quick to book on line, shop looks tidy , very pleasant and professional staff, my screen was replaced quickly while I was having a coffee at the station, and they also fitted the screen protector I brought. Screen quality is very good, and while not original Apple, the life time warranty gives a peace of mind. Definitely recommend.

Efficient, high-quality service. Turnaround time of 40 minutes to get iPhone 6 battery replaced at £30 (which is £5 more than Apple but that didn't bother me). The nice lady gave me 3 discount vouchers which will more than compensate for the difference; each one is worth £10 and will be used by various family members who also need their iPhone batteries replaced. Amazing service from ismash..... Raj is the nicest kindest helpful knowledgeable phone company engineer. I left Cornwall with a disabled iPhone worrying as I had no way of contacting family and friends. I turned up on the doorstep at 08:00 and he spent nearly 2 hours helping to sort my phone out. Quick, efficient service. I needed a new battery, but there was a tiny crack across the corner of my screen and Apple refused to change the battery unless I had a new screen as well. They charge £139 to replace the screen, as opposed to £80 or £90 at iSmash. The techie at St Pancras managed to replace the battery for me without changing the screen. I’m really pleased. The only difficulty I had was the step up into the store, as I’m in a wheelchair. A ramp would really have helped!!

I wish I could give ten stars! Really can't say enough good things about the service I received from iSmash and the overall experience went far above and above what you normally expect from a phone repair shop. My Samsung Galaxy had stopped working (with a broken screen the likely culprit) after being dropped on the kitchen floor and I had already accepted that this could end up costing me £120-130+, so was mightily relieved that iSmash's quote was much less than this. I called the St Pancras branch in the typical panic and their service agent Louis was professional, attentive and super helpful. I felt instantly reassured that iSmash only use the genuine, highest quality parts and there was no risk of paying for an original Samsung screen but having an inferior generic one installed. There was no stock at St Pancras though (the most convenient branch for me as I live outside London) but Louis was more than happy to arrange for that to be couriered over from another branch at no cost to the customer. We spoke a few mins later to confirm the delivery time and Louis agreed to give me a call as soon as the branch took delivery of the screen (which he did about an hour later). As soon as I arrived at branch Louis greeted me with a warm friendly welcome and was quick to show me the new screen they'd just received, which was in a sealed Samsung box and you could instantly tell it was genuine. Rather than take my money upfront, he said it was better to do this after the repair once they knew exactly what was required. He told me to come back in about an hour and half. As it got towards that time, I called the branch for an update and received some fantastic news. It turned out the screen had survived the drop and in fact all that was required was to reattach the connections and put the whole thing back together again. The cost for this was £35, which was close to £100 less than I had originally expected to fork out for this repair. It would have been so easy for any phone repair shop to have been dishonest about this and charge me for a new screen without needing to replace it. This murky sector has so many cowboys and bandits in it, and it's so hard to find a repair shop that operates with integrity and honesty. It's peace of mind to find 'one of the good guys' and that is iSmash to its core, with Louis the perfect representation of that. I can't recommend them highly enough if you want integrity, transparency, excellent workmanship and immaculate customer service, as well as good value too. Thanks again guys :)

Successfully recovered data from water-damaged iPhone 6. Ionut (Senior Technician) at the St Pancras branch did the job Apple could not do!! Extremely grateful for his efforts!! I had dropped my phone in water and gone to the Apple Store in hope they could recover the data inside (5,000 photos and 2 years worth of data) they said no. Luckily as I was leaving Kings Cross station I saw the iSmash St Pancras branch and went in to ask if maybe they did data recovery- I told them I was not bothered about the physical phone as I though there was little hope I just wanted a backup! The phone was not turning on at all. Ionut said they will try to see what they could do if there was any chance and contact me. The SAME DAY I got an email saying they managed to turn on the phone. We agreed and the next day I brought in my mac to put create the iPhone backup in it. With my old mac the backup took about an hour, the whole time Ionut was very attentive to ensure everything was running smoothly while the phone was all wired up and he ensured it was kept cool and functioning. We only had 1 shot at data backup because the phone's touchscreen was failing (and I had decided I did not want the phone itself fixed as it was extensively damaged even though I was offered the option to fix it). All the data was recovered and ready to transfer to a new phone. He also had a look at my old mac and cleaned the inside! The store manager was also very kind and answered all my questions. Ionut took me through the whole process to ensure I made the best informed decision that suited me. I am very grateful for their efforts in a possibly impossible case and will be recommending them to all my friends who find themselves in the same unfortunately situation as me. Thanks again guys!!

Good welcoming staff but the place is hard to locate if you don’t know Kings Cross very well. A member of staff directed me to the British library- it is nowhere near. The shop is actually part of the shops attached to the Train station. It is outside the taxi rank lane. The shop mainly deals with phones & tablet but also repairs drones.

I got blasted away from shop to shop between Chancery Lane and Kings Cross as soon as I mention "Sony Phone". Walked into iSmash Kings Cross and a technician called Yauna (probably butchering the spelling), took it in the middle of his lunch break, said 'no problem' sorted the phone fast I can't speak to all if the iSmash shops. All I know is, i was in a pinch with my Sony Xperia XA and needed a quick repair and this guy helped me out without blinking. For him I'll give the store ALLLL the stars
