K.Absolutely amazing 100% recommend to anyone!!! I dropped my phone from less than a metre on a wooden tile and my screen went black! iSmash saved my day and phone in a matter of two hours. Samsung quoted 3 months repair for a screen replacement due to being a US handset but so happy iSmash was able to fix it last minute without an appointment. Really got lucky. Decent price considering its a US handset so it will be a little more expensive than a UK to EU handset. Considering the Stratford stall only had 2 employees they still manage to get it fixed in time. Tested the phone twice and was happy to fix the two faults we found on top. Very patient, excellent customer service and so so helpful. Will definitely come back again. Saved my day (and week!!). Any phone issues you have to come here!!! 10/10 quality service.

M. H.Went here to get an Iphone 7 battery replaced, they done it in less than an hour, after a month of usage, the battery has lasted a long time and I don't need to charge more than twice a day. I also purchased a tempered glass screen protector for my iphone X, they fitted it on properly with no bubbles, the screen protector quality is superb. 10/10 service!

I took device along and had it repaired by the guys in Stratford as I was there by chance and wow I was surprised they could even fix it and how quickly the turn around time was. K. M. T.Served broken screen of Google pixel. Although I won't say it's cheap, it's cheaper than what apple charges it's costumers. And since they are a Google Authorised Service Provider, I don't have any worries.
The work itself took them just over an hour so that was very fast as well!

While I was waiting in Carphone for 20 minutes (just to ask if they can replace the battery in my Pixel phone), saw iSmash right outside (great strategy).
The guys did everything really quick, replaced the battery and even wiped my phone, so it looked like a new one!
I am impressed with the service and the speed (collected within 40 minutes). And hope that in every industry in UK there will be a small little store that leaves the giants behind.

l. g.I was left horribly stranded with an unusable phone by the Samsung "experience " store today and left, for me, uncharacteristically upset. On the way out I passed this ismash stand and with no expectation, asked if there was any hope of them repairing my phone. The stand was ridiculously busy, a queue of distraught people with smashed everythings, but the lady dealing with customers, who I now know is called Candy, took my phone, said it would be a bit expensive, though only £20 more than Samsung and said give me 2 hours. She could see I was upset, and even though they were absolutely packed with work, had my phone ready, with no loss of data in under 2hours!! Unbelievable customer service, I think because she actually seemed genuinely concerned that I had had such terrible service at Samsung and really wanted to help and when she found out what Samsung had quoted, she price matched AND they use genuine Samsung parts. So nice to come across a good heart in retail, you've really changed my day, guys!! Thank you so much to Candy and her team of astounding staff. Will absolutely recommend again and again!! Even if they hadn't price matched I was happy to pay more for good customer service. Very rare, unfortunately. Thanks team xx

Both issues were fixed in 90minutes and now I have a fully functioning rear camera. Would highly recommended going to this branch as their communication skills are of a high standard and their customer service is impeccable. 10/10

S. E.Really helpful staff and services. Initially visited for iPhone audio issue which was fixed within an hour. However later that day I noticed the audio issue was not completely resolved and now the sensor was not responding as it should.
Anyhow, I returned to the store a few days later Andy expelained the concern, which was taken in (under their warranty) and repaired by the technician without any dispute; diagnostic check & repair completed with an hour and half — brilliant.
Now I would have given additional stars if this was resolved first time around. Considering I had to return to Westfield and pay parking fee again I was not amused, hence three stars.

Looking to get get my phone repaired I went back to the shop where i bought my phone as they offer in-store repairs. After 2 days of being directed to differented branches, incorrect information on their website and laclustre service I came across the i-Smash kiosk in Westfield Stratford. I wish I'd come here first! Dominic was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. My phone was fixed while i had lunch and looks and functions like new!
If I ever need another phone repair I'm straight back here!
