Amazing service. Was expecting to pay around £80 for a new battery for iPhone 7 and about the same for a new charging port. The guys advised me against getting a new port as they could clean it to make it fully functional. A new battery and functional port cost me £39.99 and took 30mins.

These guys have successfully brought my wife's aging iPhone back from the grave twice which was worth the cost involved. Today I managed to get something stuck in my Android phone's USB C port and was unable to sort it out with the usual paper clip etc. Took it in and they sorted it out in a sec for free. Very much appreciate it and would recommend them for phone problems big and small.

The staff here are extremely lovely and professional. I took my phone in for repair as it had started turning off on its own accord after 2 minutes of it being on - very frustrating. They told me to leave it with them for an hour so they could open up the phone and figure out what was wrong. When I returned an hour later they told me that the issue had arisen from the last place I had my screen replaced from a year ago - they had done the bare minimum and chosen not to put back all the screws etc. so when I had recently dropped my phone a few internal components eg battery had fallen out of place. They told me that because the issue didn't require any new parts to solve they were not going to charge me for helping me out big time! Thanks so much to the Charing Cross iSmash team - you made my day :)

Really good service! Broke the screen on my Samsung a5 and this seemed to be the only place that could fix it on the same day and I think was the lowest price I found, the staff were all really friendly and helpful and the repair seems to be excellent quality so far. Only issue was it did take a couple hours longer than said on the website due to them not having the right parts in the branch I went to (Charing cross station) but still only took about 3 hours which is not bad at all.

I had made an appointment to get a new battery installed. The staff checked my phone and then advised me I’d be much better just turning off background apps to get a longer battery life than to install a new battery. I was really impressed by the honesty of their service and it saved me money.

I called iSmash recently after numerous attempts to find a phone repair shop in Central London that sounded professional enough and not overly expensive. It was to get a quote for a S6 Samsung battery replacement. This store is very good located, its a very tiny one just near the entrance of the rail way station. The team work is great, those guys helped us to fix and find our phone issue in a second. I called them first to make sure we could be attended and we popped in. They were so friendly, quick and very proffesionals. Out phone charging cable got stucked and we couldnt pull it out, definitely our cable burnt our phone and was melted...nowhere in london gave us that helped, we pop in this store we saw on website with excellent reviews and No Joke, they are EXCELLRNT. Excellent service with genuine Apple parts and servicing. I was recommended by one of the staff in Apple Covent Garden, that they are reliable and safe to use. Apple needed to order the spare battery and then join an online queue, before I could even make the appointment for a few weeks time. Ismash did it on the spot late on Saturday afternoon and saved the day, with an excellent iPhone repair and service - new battery and screen replacement and new case. With guaranteed screen warranty! Went in with a software issue (not realising that they didn't really deal with this sort of thing). Such lovely staff, kept my phone overnight and said they would look into it. Really helpful staff. My iphone 6 ear speaker was very muffled, they gave it a clean and used an 'air pressure' gun to remove dust and dirt, and it now works perfectly. They didn't charge me for this quick fix. Many thanks and would certainly recommend them.

Finally took action on my nearly dead iPhone 6s battery which had been driving me nuts. Had nearly become a landline almost needing permanent attachment to a wall power outlet to keep it going. iStore on Charing Cross road took one look at my handset and said they couldn’t carry out the battery replacement or any repair due to curvature of it’s casing. But they did recommend iSmash! Thanks guys! I walked along the road. To Charing Cross Station, found the tiny but smart, clean and professional looking unit. Spoke to the gent at the counter who immediately understood the issue. One of the technicians looked at the handset and said, I’ll do that for you now. I waited there at the unit, and within five minutes was handed my phone back with a new battery that can again be charged to full capacity. I was truly amazed at the speed and lack of fuss. All for just £29.99! Thank you so much iSmash and the guys at Charing Cross! I think you’ll be getting my laptop to sort very soon!

He was professional, efficient and took it upon himself to make sure that my problem was revolved. From my dealings with this company, I would say the service you receive is as good as the individual you deal with; there is no standard of customer service quality that all employers follow, so to a great extent is a matter of luck.
