I took my Asus laptop to be repaired at Loyalty. The repair was carried out very swiftly (within 2 hours). They did an excellent job. Courteous and helpful communications - a really professional service. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Loyalty for computer repairs.

Very knowledgeable and skilled staff. I bought a new Samsung phone from them and tested it in store. There was an issue with the software of the first phone so was offered to easily select another one / upgrade for a reasonable price. Best shop in the area, I highly recommend it! Well done.

I liked going to the internet cafe. Loyalty was one of few places that not only internet was available but also nice selection of stationary products was presented on display which was very handy. And that was the strength of this place. It felt local and was a relaxed and welcoming destination. Had a community feel to it I used to go there and buy bits and pieces few times a week. Owner is a nice chap although prices were a bit over then expected. There were time when his family members were in the shop helping him to run the place although it looked a bit messy and disorganized. Management definitely suffered and with it also service to the customers Running local business exists due to making business with local communities. Then pandemic arrived and everything closed down. So it was a nice and positive aspect when the lotalty shop opened. ..but here comes the change. It's not an internet cafe anymore. You cant sit down and have a coffee..what's worse the stationary products were removed and cabinets full of electronic devices like laptops and tablets were introduced. Tge cafe was replaced with yet another electronic shops which u can see plenty around. Ironically the shop's loyalty lost loyalty of its owner to remain this community spot for what it was liked and recognised. It has lost the welcoming feel and lost me as a customer. I'm not sure if electronics bring more profit. Its def easier to display and looks clearer to the eye but what was also replaced was the community location to drop by and buy few stationary products, print your staff and check your emails when needed. I came to the store and the moment I entered I just wanted to leave. Maybe the owner invested in new look and products to this store but he also ripped out the purpose and community relevance to this place. Maybe it does bring more profit to sell laptops then stationary and internet access but the bottom line is that is losing its local customers . The service had disappeared and the loyalty will do as well in no time at all . Maybe the bricks will stay for a bit longer but bricks are not what makes shops to exists . People are!

I would like to share my experience. During the pandamic situation of covid 19, I am looking for a new phone and unfortunately there is no stock in market. Then after later kn i visit to the shop and find the phone which i am looking since long time. The shop owner Shyam is very good and really helpful for me. As he explain me each and everything regarding phone and the competitive product as well. They give me a free toughen as a complimentry.Also they ask me for refreshment for tea or coffee. The owner is very nice kindd person. Just love it buy a phone from shop. Looking forward and love to visit the shop in future as well.. Thankyou soo muchh and hope this review will helpful for other people as well.

Nice Store, great customer service, friendly staff.I like the new design, best mobile and computer sale and repair shop in London, previously I purchased from Loyalty UK, a brand new mobile phone , saved 25 pounds from the market price, recently I fixed my iPhone 7 plus cracked screen within 15 minutes, it did not stop me from carry on my work, I was offered cup of coffee while i was waiting ;), i was impressed by Loyalty UK adding a new section for stationary which is really handy for small office and home use.

Best Internet Cafe we have been to in London -- cheap accounts are available, the staff is friendly, the computers and internet connection are fast, the monitors are bright and vivid, and there is a nice logout screen that I much prefer to other internet cafes that just leave their computers logged in to the same account. You can even order snacks or a coffee from your computer, and they will be brought to you! The staff are friendly and very helpful. I'm glad we live near this place, we definitely use it a few times a week!
