What a find! I mean, it's not the sort of place you want to have to use frequently, but cannot recommend this place highly enough for mobile repairs. My son had fallen and 'sat' on his iPhone, resulting in the back being smashed and the chassis was bent. These guys were diligent about sourcing the correct, original part, they kept in touch and when the part was in, it was fixed in an hour or so. It looks brand new! And really excellent value for money. Thank you!

I'm leaving a 5 star review for a fix failure, they handled it with complete professionalism. My phone was failing to charge, MPRC carried out a fix but a couple of days later it failed again. They persevered not once but twice more. In the end we had to accept defeat. To my surprise they gave me a full refund with no questions asked. Not often you get such good service. Next time I have a phone problem I'll be returning.

Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this phone repair shop, the work they do is timely and cost efficient. Initially called to replace my phone screen (old iPhone SE), they provided me with pricing options and explained the differences, they're pricing was competitive compared to others. They were also kind enough to give me a free tempered glass screen protector for it too. I later noticed that my top front microphone was no longer working correctly so I returned a couple weeks later and explained, they had it fixed in 30mins free of charge and let me check it to make sure I was happy. For any future phone repairs I'll be going to them, even though they're not my closest phone repair shop.

Walked a good 5 minutes from Westfield just to go to this little store for a screen protector, based on the number of positive reviews. Walked past it the first time as the store is tucked away in a Vape store, fairly unnoticeable, but the service is first class. Seems an honest business and there're even seats in the shop while I waited. The friendly and helpful owner gave me a choice of two screen protectors (basic and a full edge-to-edge one), took his time applying the screen protector ever so carefully and he even made sure he tested the screen to make sure it is working before charging me. Highly recommended! 👍

The screen of my iPhone 5 was smashed and also the camera was faulty so I brought it in to the shop and had both fixed for £60. Within half an hour the phone was fully repaired with a new genuine screen and camera fixed. A tempered glass screen protector was also fitted. The service I received was fantastic and I was very happy to get a years warranty. I would definitely recommend as the service was very professional and they did an excellent job.

I honestly can't explain how helpful these guys were, espicially the guy who fixed my phone. Before arriving to get my phone fixed I had stupidly gone to another service where he broke my back cover and touch sensor And later tried to charge me 180 pounds for a LCD replacement which was not the problem whatsoever. I refused to get it fixed and made way to get my phone fixed here where I found out it was just a battery and a charging port issue. I paid 100 quid for swift service and a friendly service. Brilliant service! Last week, my iPhone 5c stopped working: wouldn't charge, wouldn't power on. I brought it into Mobile Phone Repair Centre and explained the issue to Ziggy. He said they'd have a look and I should come back in 30-60 minutes. Half an hour later my phone was fixed: new charging port and it cost me £30. I was extremely pleased with the fast and courteous service and I highly recommend this business to others.

It had gotten to the point whereby the battery in my trusty Samsung Galaxy S8 would only last me half a day - so I decided to get the battery changed to resolve the problem. After a quick turnaround the battery was replaced but strangely the battery was still draining rapidly and the following day the phone would no longer power on. I took my phone back to the shop and they ran some quick on premise diagnostics. Unable to solve the problem, my phone was then sent away to a diagnostics centre where the issue was identified with the power IC which was then replaced. Considering all this extra work I was only charged an additional £40 on top of the battery replacement which solely paid for the new power IC. Exceptional service in every aspect and would highly recommend.

Incredible service. Popped in with a completely broken LCD screen just before closing on Tuesday and they fixed it within minutes. Very professional and courteous service. My daughter's iPhone 5 had a badly smashed screen and the frame was bent. The repairs were carried out quickly, with the bent frame being repaired at no extra cost. A glass screen cover was fitted, again at no extra cost. They even guaranteed the work. Although this shop is a bit out of my way for me, I would certainly use it again. In fact, my other daughter has also damaged her screen on her iPhone, so I will be heading back to Shepherds Bush pretty soon.

3 months ago I had my screen replaced and lock button fixed in Brent Cross, it lasted 4 weeks. Read about this repair centre on the Internet, they took 30 mins to repair my phone and informed me that the screen had been replaced with a cheaper Apple copy. My screen has now been replaced with an original Apple, for half the price. Brilliant service. Came all the way from Barnet but well worth the trip.

Recently I smashed my new iPhone 5s to bits, both the LCD screen, outer white screen and glass screen were all destroyed. The colours were distorted and the phone became unusable. I was hesitant at first getting my iPhone fixed from a highstreet shop. But when Apple offered me a £250 bill for the fix I thought I'd hedge my bets. This shop fixed my entire phone including the camera and lcd screen for £45. The iPhone is now good as new including a 1 year warrentee and a protective case. So far it works perfectly, the staff were friendly and fixed it in 30 minutes. I cannot recommend this place enough. I will defiantly return...when I inevitably smash my phone again!

I came to this shop because of the good ratings. My Sony Xperia Z (yes, the first generation) died. Took it here, they replaced the battery first. No joy. Tried to repair it instore to no avail. Finally it got sent off to their lab for reflashing, and that remedied the problem. All within a week and for just £25. I thought I had ended up with a brick but Ziggy and the guys got it sorted. As a bonus, the work is warranted for 12 months!!! You cannot get any better than that!!!
