I dropped my Samsung phone in the bath and took it here for repair. It proved to be quite a difficult job but I was delighted to have my phone repaired for a reasonable price. I also received good advice about maintenance of the phone for future and was even given a free charger cable. Will definitely use this service again (although hopefully I won't drop it in the bath again)!

They were able to fix my iPhone X screen and change my charging portal in quick time *Same-day within 45 minutes! The phone came back in great quality with a 6 month warranty if something goes wrong. What a truly fantastic customer service experience. Ahmed did such a wonderful job fixing my phone, he is professional, knowledgable, patient, very reasonable and his work is excellent. This is the best phone repair service I have found in London. I brought in my phone to get the screen replaced. Unfortunately I had made the mistake of buying a screen replacement online. Thankfully though Ahmed immediately identified it was a copy. Ahmed then replaced the screen with an original and returned my phone in excellent condition, it's like my phone is brand new! Also, Ahmed helped in the process of getting my money back from the online seller. Thank you sincerely Ahmed for your top level service. You treat your customers like family. Amazing service!!! Went in in the morning with a non-working iPhone as my screen was black and they fixed it after just couple hours! In addition, the people that served me were super nice and very professional. I highly recommend this place!!

Really great, fast, and professional service. My son broke his phone quite badly and I feared it was dead, but Ahmed managed to diagnose and repair it, without losing any of the data, and get it back to us the next day (thus preventing a major trauma!).
