Jay is the only person I trust with my phones and other technology. He is smart, professional, patient (especially with technophobes like me!) and very calm. He has occasionally even told me I don’t need certain things, which would have made him a profit — he is extremely honest. I don’t even live in the area anymore and I now travel back specifically to get Jay to sort my tech issues. He is great and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I took my S10 in with a broken and battered screen. The chap who works (or perhaps owns?) the place is very patient and professional. I popped back later that day and it was all done good as new, and a free screen protector to boot. A week later the new screen started playing up, in a different way this time. I took it back assuming I would have to fight my corner and argue my case. But I was pleasantly surprised as he was totally understanding and offered to change the screen again without any charge. Excellent service 👌

Great service and a great price. Shopped around to get my screen replaced and this store came up the cheapest by £40. Fixed in half an hour!

Great service - Gave my Samsung (S7) in for repair with broken lcd screen and back cover and my phone was repaired within the hour. I was happy with the repair however the back cover cracked within a day so I'm unsure whether it was a genuine piece. It cost me £150 which I feel was reasonable however I have paid less in the past.
