I was so happy with their service. I went there today and they were so welcome, helpful and polite (even I know I'm not an easy customer). I've got very good advices and offers about my mobile phone (Huawei P20 Lite) what I bought in 2018 and about different types of Huawei. I bought a memory card what I'm totally happy with it, even the manager helped me to connect the phone and the card (I know for someone it's nothing but I'm not that smart in phones). When I explained that what I want from a phone to know I've got very polite (short) "traning", even I don't know anything about phones, I could make my decision easily. The store manager really knows how to manage the whole store and still serve me as well at the same time. The staff was so polite, helpful and restpectful with the customers (how I saw it in that half an hour I spent in there). So I definitely recommend to visit them if you have some question and need some help or advice, they will be there for you.

I've been into the store before the move to a new space and the staff were very helpful then too. This time i needed to upgrade my contract and it was a seamless process. Well done 02 to having a team and systems in place to make this so easy and transparent. My O2 rep Batool was especially helpful and cannot fault the service which was spot on. It's so rare for a company to be this good at service and price etc. I've been with for a few years after nearly 15 years with a so called premium provider but have always felt O2 value their customers and demonstrate that. Shop was empty but staff member had obviously had a stressful day, but being with a "difficult" customer we succeeded when others failed. Well done! I personally dislike O2 as a network, reinforced by not being able to port to a PAYG O2 number, so the PAC code was duly located. Staff member was at a disadvantage as information from customer services has been consistently at variance with what we actually got, but as mentioned above, the tenacity of the aforementioned staff member won through in the end, and I think he learned something too, without recourse to Prozac. As I said, Well done!

I tell you about this store they might b sometimes slow but they are doing their best! Like everyone else , and if they are short what can they do ! During two years I bought 3 phones and an iPad and to be honest they are good i dont like people who are short sighted and just because they had a bad experience don't put a one stars
