With this branch is hit and miss. If you're lucky like I was this time the staff was friendly and helpful. The time before the young man didn't seem interested in my problem.

I lost my sim card (long story) and i had to get a new one. It may have been a fluke, but my wait time was not more than 20 minutes from start to finish. Helpful staff (young man - slim and black) served me. He got me back online as soon as he could and was very reassuring. I give this O2 store a big thumbs up and this is down to customer service 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The person who helped us was knowledgeable and got the work done quickly. However two glaring issues left a very bitter aftertaste for our family.
1) We had asked him to transfer our daughter’s UK number to the new service. He promptly forgot and gave her brand new number. We in good humour said it was fine, in reality it was very inconvenient !
2) When I mentioned that my phone glass had cracked before, he very arrogantly announced that ‘I don’t deserve to use a phone’.
This was impolite, arrogant and very inappropriate.
I hope the management takes note of this and sensitises it’s employees to use more appropriate language and behave respectfully towards their customers.
This is very distasteful and inappropriate.
