Really helpful and knowledgeable team. Everyone was really cheerful, fun and happy to help, and I had a quick and efficient resolution to my phone issues. I was dreading the visit as i had a dead phone.. but they solved all my issues and presented the best possible options available to me and gave some good advice. Great brand ambassadors for O2!

Ive been here only twice and have been served quickly both times.first time i went in i had to speak/find a member of staff, When collecting me new phone o2 kept me informed on courier status and was called by the branch sortly after the phone was delivered. Impressed with the service.

Customer service is poor. There is only two out of 6 stuff members that can help you the one are on the back tables, if they busy you won't get the right offer or advice.
