After having a catastrophic week my phone screen went blank, I popped in and spoke with Sunil who I had a good old chin wag with and he managed to save me money on my bill and advise me about the phone. His helpfulness and calmess was greatly appreciated - more then words can say! Thanks Sunil :) I'll be back to upgrade soon!

The service in store from the young lady that served my wife and me was great, her name was Merve. Great service, very friendly and knew what she was talking about. First time i have been in a store lately and enjoyed the experience. Both my wife and me commented how pleasant an experience it was as we left the store.

I have visited the lewisham store last week Saturday and I think I fell in love your beautiful staff Merv! She was so amazing that I couldn’t help myself but take the iPhone 10. I got a really good deal, she made this really simple and special that I forgot I was spending money. The other staff seemed friendly as well. Will definitely visit Merv again👍🏼
