Visited the store as a contractor to complete some reactive works. The team here were friendly & provided countless entries to & from different locations that were needed. Went to try and pay a late bill, the staff were nice, but I only went in as I could not do it over the phone. Then told I couldn't do it in store either, not very good public service if you want to pay a bill.

Got there just before close. In and out in 20 mins. I was served by Tee. Very friendly and approachable, and also very knowledgable. I also didn't feel rushed to leave the store. The other staff members were also very polite and welcoming. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience in an O2 store. Will definitely visit again. 5 Stars.

always visit woolwich its my local. this time i came in for assistance with my samsung, the guru wasn't around and the advisor really helped me out. she informed me she wasn't clued up about the technical stuff but she tried her very best to help me out! i cant remember her name however, she had long brown hair and light skin with glasses.she was very polite and offered me some water. i would definitely recomed o2 woolwich.
