Seriously can’t recommend Phone Heroes enough. My laptop wasn’t charging because of battery problems, but after leaving it with them the problem was solved after an hour and a half. Phone Heroes Earl's Court - nugget of a shop for laptop repairs I found a great little nugget of a shop just at the entrance of Earl's Court train station (Warwick Road entrance/exit). The name of the shop is Phone Heroes. My MacBook pro needed a new battery and replacement of the speakers. I contacted the shop and a Mr Kam (nickname for Kamaldeep) handled my work order. I must say he is a very efficient and thorough professional. He installed a new battery, replaced the speakers and performed a general cleanup of the laptop which is now purring with pride. And the whole service was cost-effective too. They also do phone repairs and stock cell phone items. If you are looking for an easily accessible and efficient service for your MacBook laptop, Phone Heroes is the place to try.

Booked in for a charging dock repair as any phone chargers would not stay in place. The staff there quickly diagnosed and rectified the issue within 2 minutes! Turned out to be a lot of dust stuck in the corners of the port. After a quick clean and blast of air and being billed £35 my phone was back to normal! Saved me £25 as I did not have to get the charging port replaced for £60!

These guys are not only phone heroes, but also computer heroes! 30 min for a battery replacement and dust cleaning a 2013 MacBook Air that now runs like it's brand new. Very satisfied with their services regarding Macbook Pro battery replacement. It was a Friday evening, and I called around 17:00 to check if the parts were in stock. Even though I arrived around 18:15-18:30 (near closing hours), my case was managed swiftly and with care. The technician took around 15-20 minutes to place the new battery inside the laptop. He also gave me advice and steps to follow going forward. If this was Apple, it would've taken around a week/various travels for such ad hoc requests. For the SECOND TIME, Phone Heroes have been an absolute lifesaver. I spent over 10 hours with Apple support to try and work out what was wrong with my Macbook Air and it eventually became clear that it was not a software issue. I brought my Macbook Air in and Phone Heroes diagnosed a faulty sensor within 24 hours which was relatively inexpensive to replace. I cannot recommend these guys enough in terms of their honesty, follow-up and top-notch work.

Really a perfect little store- they were friendly and gave a quote very quickly to repair an iPod Classic. The work was done in around 40 minutes and for a full £20 cheaper than their competition! 1 year warranty too. These guys did a great job repairing a water damaged phone. However I cannot give the full five stars as it took much longer than expected primarily due to the diagnosis taking 25 hours rather than the 2 hours I was told it would take when dropping off the phone. And I had to contact them after 7 hours to find out what was going on. Bottom line is they got the job done but communication could have been a lot better.

Took my iphone 7 to apple as it just went dead suddenly after a few days of charging issues. Was told then that there is an issue on the motherboard which is irreparable and that I needed to change my phone. Luckily my friend with me then mentioned about phone heroes and to give it a try. I visited the Hendon shop for a replacement of a heavily cracked Motorola phone screen. Initially they had to order the part in specially and let me know when it arrived. At all times the staff were pleasant and helpful and the service was first class. The screen was replaced while I waited - they even have a coffee shop so you can sit and wait in comfort with a coffee! Highly recommended.

What a joy to find a trustworthy, efficient, proffesional and reliable phone repair company such as Phone Heroes. After dropping my phone in the toilet and trying to dry it in rice for 3 days, the phone didn't seem to be charging so I took it in to Phone Heroes, who contacted me after keping it overnight and testing everything, just to say that the phone was working fine and it did not need repairing (it turned out to be my cable). While visiting London from America my daughter took her iPhone 5S on what she intended to be a run in the park but then the clouds opened up and she ended up taking the phone for something more akin to a swim. Upon arriving back at our rental flat she tucked her phone into a bowl of rice but sadly on the next day it was clear that at a minimum the screen was shot. Fortunately we found Phone Heroes. Although the battery held a charge well it would swell up and stop the trackpad. out of warranty Apply wanted £350 and the laptop for 2 weeks.
