Fantastic service here with very friendly people. I was working up in London and had a three hours break here. So I thought I would try on the off chance to get my screen fixed on my phone without an appointment. I thought it would be unlikely but they stopped what they were doing and fixed my phone. They even offered to come and get me from the nearby cafe when it was done. Excellent service. Nothing too much trouble and would highly recommend

Very professional and quality service. Excellent quality. They don't always have parts in stock for the less popular phones despite what their website might say. But they can always order in quite fast and what they can do immediately, they often do. I have taken apart a phone or two in my time, and even after watching them do a whole repair in person, I'd still come back to these guys to do it again. I've had two separate repairs with these guys and the quality of the work was excellent both times.

Took my phone to these guys on Saturday under an insurance claim however the claim needed to be reactivated and the insurance company was not taking calls for some reason. I left my phone with them and without me asking them to, they contacted the insurance company first thing this morning and had a new phone dispatched to me for delivery tomorrow. Thanks guys for the proactive actions they saved me from another 2 hour journey up west. really appreciate it!

Great service, I highly recommend them. I had a broken screen while visiting London, so I dropped by the shop because it was in the neighborhood. They had a Nexus 5X screen priority shipped overnight, and Martin performed the fix in about an hour the next morning. My phone looks like new again!

Very positive experience. Bryan offered wonderful service - offering to stay beyond his shift until I arrived with the broken phone so that I could get a same day repair. Repair only took 15 minutes so thank you Phone Service Centre for excellent job.

Really excellent service - even though they were busy they managed to fit my phone in which was awesome because I needed to get it diagnosed quick. Although I wasn't able to get my phone fixed at the time because of the specific issue it had, Shenade was great and she got in touch promptly to let me know as soon as she diagnosed the problem. They even went out of their way to help me get my backup phone up and running when I came in to collect the duff handset (sim card issues) although I didn't catch the name of the gent who helped me with that - thank you anyway! Highly recommended to anyone who has a phone disaster and needs fast, knowledgeable techs and great service.

Stopped by this store to have them take a look at a faulty USB port in my xiaomi phone, which prevented me from charging my phone. They took a look at my phone immediately and resolved the issue within minutes. It was a simple fix so they didn't even charge me. Great service!

Great service from start to finish. One of the main reasons I decided to go to the walk in centre was because my screen was completely smashed and I was unable to recover anything, i.e photos videos etc. I was hoping they could fix my phone without having to restore it to factory settings. I got there about 10am as I was worried there would be a mad rush and really busy I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't. I was served by Marcin who was very polite and professional he said if he could fix my screen that I may not have lost anything as long as the phone hadn't been reset. He asked me to return in about an hour. I went for a coffee and when I returned my screen was fixed! the best part was I didn't lose anything from my phone...all had been restored. Thanks so much Marcin and Phone Service Centre ...one very happy customer!! :D

Broke my glass on my Sony Xperia Z3 copper. They did not have the copper type, but that was OK. Said approx. 3 hours to fix it, but took 2. Excellent! Price OK too, compared to Norway. :) But then I asked if they could fix my iPad, too. Here they totally failed on both information and work. Time estimate failed on 4 days, and troubleshooting failed overall. Both software and hardware. So not so good. The iPad still not working. :)

Went into Berbeck St shop with broken Samsung Note4 screen, had pleasure of meeting Bryan. He told me replacement would take 30 plus minutes, i explained i needed to get back across London. Asked to take a seat, the seat was barely warm when Bryan put my handset on my lap, i was shocked beyond belief at how quickly he done it. Under 10 minutes. I cant praise this shop enough, "Forget the rest & turn to the best" thanks Bryan

Phone inquiries which I made beforehand where courteous and well-handled. At the shop itself, the customer service was even better. I was promptly notified once the repairs were completed and I was even offered assistance in removing/re-entering my SIM. Offered an electronic, aswell as a paper invoice. Very glad I found the Phone Service Centre.

Destroyed the LCD display on my phone and went into the phone service centre to have it replaced. The technician had it back in my hands in 15 mins as good as new. Very friendly, professional staff. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has phone woes! If I have the misfortune of destroying my phone again I'd definitely come here to get life breathed back into it!

After having used an alternative repair centre that failed to fix my sony xperia Z3 compact, I was amazed at the professional, courteous and above all fast service I received at the Whitecross Street branch. John Cubberley, who fixed my mobile, was informative, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. Original parts were used and the phone was fixed while I waited and came back looking and feeling like new. Highly recommended, would definitely use again.

5 Star Customer Service! I was on vacation from the US when I demolished the screen on my phone. I looked this place up on Google and went over. I was told it would be an hour they did it in 20mins, and 7 months later it's still a great repair! They had my parts for my HTC ONE M9 and looked like they had plenty of stock for most phones. Back in the US I can never find anyone that doesn't have to order a part for the HTC flagship phone, it's not that old :). GO HERE FOR PHONE REPAIR!
