My iphone 8 stopped charging and I had no idea what was wrong with it. I took it in for them to have a look and they repaired it in 2 minutes! The battery ribbon cable has come loose and he just reconnected it for me and sent me on my way. very friendly and would not take any money as he said was a simple fix. Very much appreciated and I will now not go anywhere else

Very good, quick quality service. Went there with a badly damaged phone screen. They were very understanding and offered me a really good price. Sorted my screen on the same day. Screen is good! *update* Just over a month, the screen has stopped working. I have a full on 360 protective case and I know I did not drop it. My battery died but when I charged my phone the screen did not turn back on. I went back and they explained that the inside of the screen was cracked that I needed to get another and still pay almost full price for it. They were nice enough to give me discount but after already paying £60 before £50 was still a bit much. I’ve had to change my screen 3 times within the year, twice with these guys. It’s a shame because the service is genuinely good but I guess the screens aren’t strong enough or maybe my phone is “too damaged”. Either way it’s all been costly and long. Still good service though.

Superb and honest service. Have had 2 phones fixed (battery and screens previously). Very happy with outcome. This week I took a gaming laptop in that needed a fair bit of work. Quick, efficient and low cost result. Would recommend without reservation.

They have great service and they do the job better than phone stop as in phone stop in the past when i took my things get repaired there was always parts missing but in phone shop they do the job properly and in a professional manner as i took my niece and my laptop as well as a old ipad that was having problem with the touch screen sensor and they fixed all the problems at a better price then all the rest and in less the time than some other repair shops as i only took my laptop to them on Friday and they fixed the distortion on my screen caused by phone stop within a day after handing it over to them. Also, they even do checks on your device if you are unsure of the problem and they will call you straight away to tell what might be wrong. In addition to this they might fix some game console as I noticed a ps4 being looked at on their table.
