These guys are great. The battery on my IPhone SE (2016 model) was on it's last legs. I went to an Apple-approved shop and they said Apple wouldn't supply parts for a phone that old. Sarasfix replaced the battery in less than half an hour for only £30. I wouldn't say the phone is as good as new, but the battery is way better than the old one and hopefully the phone will last a couple of years more.

I was walking past today and just popped in to see how much a screen repair for my iPhone 11 Pro would be. The lovely man who served me quoted me a great price (literally 1/4 of the £450 it would cost at Apple or Timpson!) and just knocked about £40 off for no particular reason! I felt I could trust this guy so just went for it. He showed me what he was doing the whole time and we had a lovely chat about life, tech and his home country of India - a country I love. All in all, a great experience and I can wholeheartedly recommend!

I was in a very sticky situation when leaving the office I dropped my mobile phone totally destroying the front screen awaiting an important conference call only to find close by 2 fantastic lads who where able to diagnose and fix the screen, LCD & further damage that occurred. These guys saved my 3 years worth of images and memories!!! My iPhone was wrecked due to my stupidity of dipping it in seawater, all the inner boards corroded badly, I was told at other stores that it was beyond salvageable (beside Apple was being too secured that I couldn’t retrieve my previous back-up!!). Jawad magically managed to rescue the data board and transfer it to a temporary phone so that I can access the data again. Thank you so so much, you are the best! Superb service!

These guys are extremely good. Professional, quick, and very competitive prices. I've used them a few times -- replacing an iPhone 6 cover, took them half an hour -- replacing a bent frame, took a bit longer, 4 hours, but involved refitting all internal components -- and they've bought a couple of old phones off me for fair prices as well. Excellent service on a screen fix for my phone - thank you Jawad. I dropped and damaged my phone on Monday morning, I walked in the store a while later. The part was ordered there and then and I was quoted £65 for the job. I was told to bring the phone back at 10am the next day (Tuesday). I collected my phone with the new screen at 1pm on the same day! I was also offered one year's free warranty, which entitles me to a free repair within the next 12 months.

I just had a very positive experience at Saras Fix in New Oxford Street. I'd damaged the screen of my Samsung phone trying to replace the battery myself (not recommended if you don't have the right tools). First thing was that the person at Saras Fix was courteous and didn't make me feel like an idiot. He had the right screen in stock and fitted it the same day. Then it turned out that I'd bought the wrong battery (on line); his response was that if I could get it exchanged, he'll stick to his quote and install it free. He also made sure that his brother knew about the agreement in case I went in when he's not there. Five stars!

Jawad, saved my bacon. Smashed Huawei Mate 20 Lite screen. I ordered a replacement screen off EBAY and found Saras Fix via a recommendation from the ICT Support Team of Great Ormond Street Hospital to install. Within an hour he had got to a stage where the screen was found to be faulty with a non responsive touch screen. Undeterred he rang a couple of his contacts and sourced me 2 screens of which he explained the difference of cost and suggested the cheaper one. This was cheaper than the one I bought off EBAY. I went off to the site and collected the screen and came back to finally have my phone fixed on the spot. If you're in need and want an honest, reliable service. I would highly recommend Saras Fix to save your day!!!

Went in for a screen replacement, which was expensive as amoled displays aren't cheap especially ones from the manufacturer but the technician told me he could try an oem model which are cheaper but that didn't work, so we decided to go for the manufacturers model and that worked fine, overall very good experience as the technician is easy to contact and very good at explaining things.

Great quality, super fast and extremely affordable. Jawad who runs the shop is super helpful, friendly and has now fixed my phone a couple of times. I managed to smash both glass sides of my Huawei Nova 3i phone and Jawad was able to replace the screen with no issues. They worked super hard on it, for multiple weeks, in an attempt to bring it back to life; they even went the extra mile of ordering hard-to-get spare components from mainland Europe along the way. As fate would have it, my phone is quite a rare and difficult case. And these guys exhausted so many options on my phone, diagnosed it for so long and worked on it so persistently that I am confident if my phone could have been saved, then these guys could have done it. And even today they still put in more effort. If this is not excellent customer service, I don't know what is; they are knowledgable, very friendly and very responsible. Highly recommend them.
