Absolutely amazing. Large selection of New and Used Products ! Amazing staff that are always looking out for my best interest. I have had great experiences with Florin and Abdul they are always prompt with phone repairs, reasonable pricing, and great customer service skills. I know that they are always trying to make sure I am happy with the service I am receiving which is hard to find these days.

Would really recommend for phone repairs. My cracked phone screen was replaced within a few hours and cost a lot less than quotes from online repair services or another phone repair service in Muswell Hill.

I went in to enquire about a cracked screen on an iPhone just before the shop was due to close; they had my phone fixed and back to me in less than 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. We have gone here 4 times to have phones fixed, every time the repair has been very quick and we have had great service. Would always choose to go back should we need anything else for our phones, and would definitely recommend.

Really excellent service (from Pasha). Couldn't find my receipt for a used iPhone but this wasn't a problem. Replaced a faulty battery in a couple of hours. Extended the six month warranty to cover this. Strongly recommend.

My Motorola Moto G phone died the other day and I thought I’d lost all of my data. I took it into the shop and the person behind the counter helped me re-install my apps and recover all of my old photos and contact details. While I was there, I explained all of the other problems I’ve been having with the phone - certain apps freezing, running out of storage space, battery draining quickly, etc. They explained to me what the problems were and if it was worth fixing some of these or getting a new phone. This was all done is less than half an hour and the cost for the repair was very reasonable. While I was waiting for my old phone to get fixed, I had a look at their other phones and asked lots of questions - all of which were answered and carefully explained to a luddite like me. My phone will last a few more months and when it’s time to get a new one, I’ll go back to The Exchange. They already showed me a few phones that would suit my needs and are in my price range. I’m definitely going to recommend The Exchange to all of my friends and family.

Florin whom works there understands Customer needs and satisfaction. Been using this shop for years for all sorts of products. Very much enjoy that the team there are aware of the products they are selling. Something which tends to average in this country. I’ve just bought a new Dell laptop and I didn’t think I’d get much for my old machine. I had tried to sell it on Ebay but nobody was interested. It would have been a shame to throw it away but I didn’t want it adding to the ever increasing clutter in my garage either. I mentioned this to a friend and he suggested taking the laptop down to The Exchange and seeing if they would give me anything for it. I had gone in ready to negotiate but I was so pleased with what they offered me for the laptop, I accepted the price on the spot. Once I was bitten by the cash exchange bug, I did a spring clean through my house and picked up a lot of stuff I’d been holding on to, either for sentimental reasons or because I thought the things were worthless. I went back to The Exchange a week later with some old games I hadn’t played in years (Counter Strike and Call Of Duty) and a Samsung Galaxy that my partner put in a drawer when she bought a new phone. I still haven’t made a dent in my clutter but I’ve started to clear some space and I’ve made some extra cash that I can spend on myself. Highly recommended.
