Nicely organised station with a shop inside. There is a shopping complex nearby making this station very convenient. The staff were also very informative.

My first visit to arrivals. Plenty of seating while waiting and a information board. Café, little Kiosk and toilets on location. Amazing how many coaches arrive at this small building. Well efficient run depot.

Bit old and not much room to swing these large coaches , but the drivers are so professional along with the helpful staff at station, where it is in middle of London , hard to do anything about. But maybe in future there will be a state of art coach stn, but maybe not in our lifetime

Very nice small station with ready to help staff, found it beautiful. Yes got to pay 30p to use the toilet, I think it's a bit much as the toilet is just basic. There is a kiosk with a very unfriendly man, you may probably be directed or want to buy your Oyster card from him if you are a first timer in London like me😊, no I didn't buy from him. In general nice, had a good laugh with an officer I asked for directions.
