Took my new Samsung Notepad in this week as the SIM card cassette was jammed and couldn't be removed. They fixed it in 5 minutes (after another repair shop in town said they couldn't do it as it would mean removing the screen which might break). All is now working perfectly and they didn't charge a penny! Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I purchased an iphone from here 2 months ago. It’s been working fine since I got it until this morning, now I’m not sure if it was something I have done or what’s happened to it but it stopped working. I took it into the store today and they fixed it for me within the hour. As the phone was under their warranty still I wasn’t required to pay anything. The service was fantastic and I will definitely be recommending them in the future. Should I need anything phone related in the future I will 100% be back here. A very happy customer.

Managed to break my phone and shatter the screen by mistake and unfortunately the screen was completely unresponsive. I was so worried because my phone had photos that meant a lot to me and I was afraid that I would lose everything. Went into the store the next morning and thankfully, they were able to fix the phone by replacing the screen and I now have all my images back and I’m absolutely over the moon about it. Really incredible service. Very kind and helpful. Did everything they could.

My not so old iPhone X crashed recently - very unexpectedly. IT professor-friend looked at it and spent 5 hours trying to recover it, Apple iPhone repair official guys looked at it - both said the same thing "hardware fault, you will need to replace mother board" :-( GUESS WHAT - I go to Mr SAFI at Zam Call to ask how much replacement will cost - AND HE FIXES IT!!!!!! There and then - within 20 min!!! I nearly cried from happiness!!!!! I thought I am looking at big bill to replace that mother board! Seriously, I thought that phone needs to go to the bin - it was not responding to iTunes etc and now its working fine!!! Safi - you just simple genius! Guys highly recommend Zam Call for all your phone needs! Amazing experiences team!!!

Can do attitude, very competitive prices and service with a smile. Outstanding. Prior to speaking with Wully I had spent collectively around 4 hours speaking with O2 agents and their 'tech teams'. I also visited another Maidstone phone repair shop for a second opinion. On top of this (I'm fairly tech savy) spent a number of hours factory resetting and searching forums for answers. Both O2 and the other phone shop indicated an irreparable hardware issue resulting in a new phone. Like for like that would be north of £400. Almost out of hope, I started to look at new phones, but gave Zam Call a go. An hour and a half later, the guys had every working! As I thought, there was an issue with switching networks and some configuration was needed. How O2 didn't know this is beyond me, but it goes to show that going to an indy specialist really is the way forward. Big thanks to the team. The best £10 I have ever spent!

Having dropped it, my partner's iPhone 6S home button had fallen out and the screen was lifting. Apple said they would charge near £300 to fix it and Solutions in Maidstone said the phone was a right off and needed to be replaced. ZAM CALL fixed the phone for £15 in less than 1 hours on a Saturday morning and it's good as new!
