I now have a working TV! Came out to have a look at my TV, didn't even charge. We decided to go ahead with the repairs, came and all repaired in under half an hour, very reasonably priced too, would recommend.

Booked in for a samsung back-light to be rectified after reading positive reviews but sould of also read the negative reviews as well. Obviously no respect for customers by making them wait around all day then doesn't bother to turn up or even respond voice mail calls, why even waste someone's time when a more reputable TV repair business could of turned up? Very disappointing especially during a recession when you'd think they'd be happy to have the custom. Had backlight problem with my tv came and fixed it with in few days after ordering part even helped me put tv back on wall had small issue called him out again fixed it with no charge defo would recommend Simon anyone who has tv problem fairy priced and reliable.

Superb service. My pretty new telly packed up and after being told by Currys team 'know nowt' it would cost me at least £95 and a load of inconvenience to 'possibly' fix I phoned DTS who came out the same day and fixed it pretty rapid for a much better price. Also modified so the same issue does not happen again. Would recommend to anyone.

I called Simon at a point on Saturday when not many work and although he was driving / on a job. He gave me some expert advice that no other had said. He took the time out of his schedule to do this. You can trust this guy, very professional and very personable. He is now stored in my phone in case I have any further issues with TV’s or audio or indeed my family do, I won’t hesitate to contact him. You can instantly gauge he’s a pro, it makes such a difference. Can’t recommend him highly enough. By the way the advice he gave was free and he would not accept payment. Had a problem with a TV I bought from Argos. Was visited by Simon who told me what the issue was, and that it wasn't worth fixing as it would only occur again due to the build of the television. Wrote a diagnostics report and told me to send it in to Argos explaining that it was a manufacturer default. Even though it was out of warranty they gave me a full refund. Simon was very knowledgeable about the issue, and provided a great service. Would definitely recommend this company

Phoned D.T.S. at 9.00am left my phone number on thier answer phone. Contacted me about an hour later, I told Simon the problem and he said he would be with me between 12-2.00. Which he was he looked at my television and diagnosed the problem in second's he then proceeded to rectify said problem very quickly and very efficiently he explained what wss wrong and also told me what he was doing to put it right. Anyway enough of that all I can say is that if you have a problem with your T.V in my opinion this is the go to man extremely polite and efficient and very friendly costwise I was more than happy with his quote.Would recommend him to anybody that I know ( or dont know) . Well what a mine field it was trying to find the right Repair company to fix my 42in TV. I chose DTS and was I glad I did, After speaking to the engineer in the late afternoon was amazed to find they could fit me in the following day around 1pm, Couldn't believe a few minutes after one the very professional and friendly Simon arrived, He went through all the options and we agreed a price(very reasonable) The work was carried out in a very short time and Im now with a working TV and after a few little tips from Simon have the best picture since I bought the TV.. I got into contact with them regarding a repair I needed doing on my blaupunkt 50" smart tv and DTS got back to me withing an hour. Unfortunately they also told me that they were unable to fix the tv due to being unable to source the parts at a cheap price. Overall I would say their customer service was great however since they were unable to fix my tv I have give 3*
