I visited M&M Fonez today as my phone has been making horrible noises everytime it vibrates. I tried opening it up myself to tighten the screws but had no luck. I was greeted by a friendly, professional young man who knew straight away what the issue was/what needed doing etc. He quickly opened up the phone, located the loose screws and made sure everything was in place/working. I was more than happy to pay for the amazing service as I had been trying to find somewhere to fix it for months, and all other places wanted to charge £60-80! He very kindly said it was free of charge as it only took him a few minutes and did not need anything replacing. Even after I insisted I paid even a small gratitude, he refused. I highly recommend visiting this store for any issues with your phone, the friendly staff and professional manner is very welcoming and I will definitely use their services again!

I went there due to a massive issue with my screen protector, and these guys sorted it out within a split second- they know their phones like the back of their hand! I would strongly, strongly recommend visiting then regardless of whatever your issue is.

Fantastic! I cracked my iPhone 8 during this lock down, I bought a new screen to attempt to fix it myself (no luck) and these guys were willing to do it for me and just charge the labour £25. Excellent, I was quoted £100 plus with other places even with my own screen and screws, couldn’t believe it. They picked it up at 1pm and it was back with me by 3pm. Thank you so much and stay safe :):)

Went on the recommendation of a friend who’s had a good experience here, and I also had a really good experience too. The staff did an amazing job of fixing my IPhone 7. Told by the other shops that my phone was not repairable due to water damage but they fixed it like new. Really reasonable prices too. They put the screen protector as well without any extra charge.

Really good customer service. I came to get my Iphone 6 plus fixed. My screen was completely damaged it was also water managed. They carefully opened the case in front of me and examined the fault. They then told me the cost and the phone was available to collect the next day. It did not cost me too much either. Cheapest price out of all the places I went too. Really friend service too. Would definitely recommend getting your phone fixed here. I managed to pick up a few phone accessories as well.

I want to express my extreme gratitude and awe at the top level expertise, customer service, and sheer niceness of the staff at M&M Fonez. April 2018 I hopped in my car and was about to navigate to THG for an interview when my cracked iPhone screen suddenly stopped working! I quickly rushed to our friendly neighbourhood phoneshop to grab a new handset. The staff member & owner, Billy could not have been more delightful and helpful, as he instead offered to fix my iPhone 7 screen in under 15min(yes I was shocked myself at such an exclusive and express service!) .
