Thanks to these guys and the fast response my phone was booked in the same day (near closing time) and unlocked within the hour. I was originally told it would be up to a 5 day wait for it to be unlocked and as it was getting closer to weekend I knew my phone wouldn’t be ready until late next week, the dread! However, I left with my unlocked phone the same day. Highly recommend, staff were great and I left as one happy customer! Thank you ☺️

After messaging and calling other repair shops, Mike contacted me, I was desperate for a repair before Christmas, but Mike told me he had to order the part and I expected to wait until after Christmas. Which was fine as it was so close when the accident happened. Mike took my number and stayed in constant contact until the part arrived on 21 December. That day my tablet was repaired. A. T.Unbelievably good service. Needed my screen replacing. Got a phonecall with some bad news as I was walking in the shop at 4pm on a Friday and could have done without losing my phone for the night. I walked back out with a brand new screen within half an hour of getting there. Thank you both.
j. b.Took over my wifes phone when she upgraded and she said it was locked to EE so went to Mobilezone to have it unlocked (I'm on Vodafone). They called me later that day to say it was already unlocked. I picked the phone up and there was nothing to pay. They could have charged me and I would have been none the wiser so 10 out of 10 for good service and honesty.

I got a text 2 days later to say parts were in and to come in when I was ready. Went in and the phone was ready within an hour. Really friendly and professional team, done a fab job!
