Came here yesterday to get my iPhone screen replaced as mine was smashed to pieces and my phone had a mind of its own. It only took less than 30 minutes to be repaired and is now better than ever! Really decently priced here and even gave me a complimentary screen protector, can’t recommend enough! :)

My daughter managed to smash the screen on her Samsung A70 Saturday morning. Made a few calls in local area and beyond. On Smart were the cheapest by £10. So off I went. Very friendly and a wonderful service, screen replaced the same day. Very nice job, no scratches elsewhere. Phoned me during the afternoon to keep me up to date with progress as a busy day. Can't fault in any way, excellent all round. If you need a phone repair I would definitely recommend.

I broke the lens of my camera on my Samsung S20, I reached out to a couple local repair shops and after a few trying to take advantage and insist that the whole back panel would need to be replaced On Smart got in touch and offered to replace the lens for a reasonable price and was able to complete the repairs on the same day. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I had no concerns leaving my phone with him whilst I ran some errands. I'm very pleased with the service I received and I highly recommend On Smart to anyone in need of phone repairs.

Mainly used by my daughter and her various dropped iphone the guy is really good offering a range of parts for fixes and not fixing things that are unnecessary, ie he advised her to wait a bit before replacing the battery. He fixed the screen on my Pixel 3a.. Good job, quick and the price was keen too. He's our guy for catastrophic phone death.

Found this place through a reccomendation of a friend. I had a hardware issue with the sound on my iphone and didn't want the costly expense and waiting time of going directly to Apple. Fortunatley Amjad and his his team did a fantastic job in repairing it over the weekend. I'll certainly use and reccomend them again.

Definitely recommend 10/10. Really pleased with my new screen and the quality. Speedy service and reasonably priced. I dropped my phone on concrete & it had fully cracked where little glass particles would stick to my fingers so I had to avoid the phone altogether (it did still work). Unfortunately I did not have any phone insurance through my contract provider. Using this service, I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of paying £100 excess on a policy with a phone insurance company. Did not have to deal with the hassle of sending it off to a third party & phone was returned promptly. Thank you so much. Feels like I’ve got a brand new phone. I couldn’t be happier to have my phone back with a nice new screen and a solid screen protector!

AAA grade service. Great place to get any device repaired. I could not believe how amazing priced the service is. Not only did they repair my keyboard, motherboard and battery but they were the only place out of the 3 I took my hard drive to that could actually recover my data from a damaged hard drive. My son was recommended this shop from a friend after he had smashed the screen of his iphone. He went in on his own initially to find out how much it would be to repair and the owner Amjid was brilliant with him, telling him an approximate cost and wait time. We visited the next day and for a really reasonable price and a quick turn around Amjid replaced the screen. He also fitted a glass cover so that the next time my son decides to ‘frisbee’ his phone across the room it may fair better! Amjid told us that he had only been open a few months and we really hope this local business succeeds. We had a great experience and although I don’t want to be a regular customer, I would be very happy to return and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

After the trauma my Sony Z5 Premium phone went through after being ran over by a car when it accidently dropped from my pocket whilst crossing a busy road, causing it to malfunction; I searched online for a phone repair shop near me and OnSmart was the choice I went with and I was indeed not disappointed. Amjid assessed my phone and diagnosed the fault with it. Even better, offered to pick it up the next day and also deliver right at my door step once fixed.
