Went in for a replacement phone or repair of my broken phone, was met by Pedro, gave me a completely different choice of phone and a different way of solving my problem, making it quicker and cheaper to sort. Absolute legend and his customer service was awesome. Shame you're not met with a Pedro in every shop you walk in. Cheers.

Went to purchase a new mobile phone after cracking the screen on my 4 year old Samsung J6. Was advised by Samsung customer service (Kardel) over the phone that a new screen would cost £80 so it would be more economical to buy new. Armed With a number of options I went to the Trafford Centre store and spoke with Izzy and decided on a Samsung A13 to buy outright and keep my sim only contract with EE. I Also took out Samsung care + for 2 years cover for peace of mind . Izzy took my phone and told me to come back in half an hour and she would transfer data from the old to new A13 which saves me a lot of faffing (and cursing) trying to do it myself ! When I got back to the store everything was transferred down to the screensaver from one of my own photos. Everything looked as it did on my old J6 .. Great stuff ! All for £224 when I rang EE the day before they said I'd have to go on a 2 year contract for £17 per month (£408) + £150 upfront for the phone = £558 total as the phone wasn't available to buy outright so you do the maths ! I have dealt with this Samsung store in the past on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed and would highly recommend them. As well as having really approachable helpful staff they've saved me a packet ! And now I have a shiny new phone that has many more features than my old J6

Staff in here are great. At the door, there was a staff member asking if I had a pre-booked visit, which I didn't, so I was let in to browse. I was asked if I needed help or advice by two different staff members inside the shop, but once I thanked them and explained what I was wanting to browse they pointed me in the right direction and said they would be around if I needed assistance. It is really nice when staff offer help but aren't too pushy when you're browsing.

Lots of Staff on hand to explain all the special offers. Good to get hands-on with yet-u released devices. Well worth a visit (especially as the one in Manchester City Centre sadly closed down :( )

Great service when we got some! Went in with my Father and was left standing around for a good 5 minutes before we approached teo members of staff who were serving one customer. Didn't expect this from a very quiet period. However, the gentleman who served us in the end was fantastic, very thorough and clear with us; no pressure to buy any additional products aside from an initial upsell. Would definitely use again, transaction process was flawless.

Extremely helpful tech wizards at Samsung store in Trafford Centre. Helped resolve & iron out several minor issues I had with brand new S10 after initial setup & usage of the phone. They mentioned that they also do free group or independent sessions in store a few days a week to offer introduction to using phones & resolve any queries/issues that people are encountering 🤗👍.

I love the team here. Personally I think they’re all very knowledgable. Having been a few times for various issues I would highly recommend. On numerous occasions I’ve been helped by the staff with awkward technical issues. Not once have I felt a burden for doing so. Excellent service every time in all departments.

Was ok. I wanted to just be left alone to try the phone out. Felt like constantly was being hovered over to try and sell me a phone. Maybe they was worried I was going to steal a phone. I guess it happens alot now. But did not feel comfortable to just look at phone In own time even though it was alarmed and tied down. Probably wait to see what the new iPhone is like.
