P. M.Visited the store today looking to replace a broken laptop and Airpods. I was a difficult customer since I couldn’t decide which models to go for and if I should buy refurbished or not, but Katie and Jess were friendly, patient and very attentive. Would 100% recommend, pleasure to shop there when service is that excellent!

Brilliantly helpful, managed to salvage most of her stuff and took the time to help her set it all back up with brilliant tips for managing her storage and maximising her data. Nothing was too much effort. Won't go anywhere else from now on.

My trackpad and keyboard stop working on the first day of university. I booked an appointment at Sync for the next day and they managed to diagnose and complete the repair on the spot - was in and out with a functioning laptop within 30 minutes!
