I damaged the charging port on my iPhone 8 Plus and as I live in the Lake District Cumbria, I was finding it difficult to get my phone repaired ASAP for a reasonable price. I remembered these guys from last year when I was visiting Manchester whom did a previous repair on an iPhone 5. So I made my journey earlier this afternoon to VK Mobiles. Amazing service, good price and job done within the hour! Use VK Mobiles, they're the best!

Just had my screen replaced AGAIN - 20 years breakage free then 2 in 2 months! Service was so good last time came back again. Despite my concerns (having slammed the car door on it) they reassured me was just the screen and had me back up and running in 30 mins for half the price others quoted (3rd of price of Apple quote). Such nice and friendly blokes too. Keep up the good work!

Very pleased with VK Mobiles. They quoted me for a new battery and charging block as that seemed to be the problem, so really happy to find out from them it was only the charging block that had a problem so paid half the the price they quoted. Would have paid the full price for the level of service they provided. I totally recommend VK anyone who needs their phone or gadgets repaired.

Just a great service. Really clear on the phone about what they could do, what the cost was, whether they had the parts in stock or not and when they would be available. They called me to confirm the part that I needed had been picked up so I didn't have any wasted journeys. When I arrived at the shop they told me exactly how long it would take and I had a working phone in under an hour. Straight talking, honest guys. I wish them every success.

I smashed my Huawei phone screen after only having it for 3 wks. I gave the model over the phone and was quoted £300 fitted 😪😪😪 but I suppose it was better than a replacement phone at £500+ It was smashed that badly that it was repair or replace. After taking it into the shop we realised I'd given the wrong model and was requoted £85 fitted 😁😁😁 I could've kissed the guy and told him so. My phone was away for 2 days and came back looking brand new again. I am really pleased with the repair but am more impressed with the professionalism of these guys. He could easily have kept to his original quote and I wouldn't have known any difference but he didn't. I would highly recommend this business and will certainly use them again if needed, though hopefully not for a new screen as I've now invested in screen cover and case 😁. Very happy customer. :-) Well happy with the service, I smashed my iPhone 5 screen and needed it sorting quick time, I found their website, rang through and got slot for early in the morning. Got there with their directions very easy, Parked up and went into the shop and was greeted by Victor as soon as I walked in the door, the phone must have only been out of my hand for like 7 minutes as I chatted with Victor and the technician then walked back out with my phone!! I was so impressed and happy that it was done quick like they said, The phone looked brand new!! Top Job & Top Guys

We only live a mile down the road from vk mobiles in Alkrington. Excellent staff and good quality products. Their knowledge of mobile phones is second to none. Always happy to help teach us to use our smartphone if we get stuck. My husband and I use them regularly. We just sold them our s8 Samsung's as we have upgraded. 100% every time. Hello i came to this shop with my ipad (it was restarting for no reason on its own) .I took it before to another shop and battery has been replaced for 40 pounds. After a day it was doing the same and i got really frustrated .Got my money back and went to another phone shop I left left my ipad there for 2 days I have been told there that this is a mainboard problem and it cant be fixed :-( One of my friends heard about VK Mobiles and directed me there . Got my device diagnosed and fixed within an hour .It turn out to be somehow a software glitch not a hardware issue .Very happy with this shop will be going there from now on

Took my phone there because it wasn't charging. They diagnosed the fault in minutes and then fixed it while I waited. Amazed they only charged me £25. And can I say the service was excellent. A couple of weeks later my screen went blank on my iPad so I thought I would see if they would have a look at it. (Although it does say say they specialise in mobiles!) I emailed the website and got a response within minutes saying bring it down and they will take look for me. Guess what? Diagnosed within minutes and then they fixed it within 15 mins. All for £20!! Thought the iPad was a goner! So got nothing but praise for these guys. Great service, great communication and great prices. Oh yeah and great coffee!!! Thank you

I was having problems with my phone, my phone signal was intermittent. I rang my network but they said there was nothing wrong with the signal in my area. I then went to the manufacturer who ran a few diagnostics on my phone and said there was nothing wrong with the phone itself. I didn't really know where to go from there. I went to another phone repair shop and they tried to sell me a new phone. I did't really want to invest in another phone after being told by the manufacturer that there was no faults with my phone. One of my colleagues recommended VK Mobiles to me, I went to them and they diagnosed the problem in no time. My phone needed an updated version of a sim card. They sorted it all out for me. Rang them up as my iPhone 6 Plus charging port wasn't working. They said bring it in they can fix it for £30 which is what they did :) really polite people and only waited 3 hours and brought it back home with me very happy as Apple wouldn't do anything ! Would reccomend and use again :)
