I went into this store on Saturday 5th march and was served by a young man called Imran. i had taken my old phone in to see if I could get it un-barred. Imran spent well over an hour and really tried his very best. he made it his mission! D=Sadly though it was not possible but Imran should be congratulated for his sheer determination and drive to try to get this job done! In the end I decided to buy a new phone which Imran again helped me with. Nothing was too much trouble. Imran should be praised by his manager for his excellent service. Thank you! Adrian Pinckard

Great service today from Aon. Exchange of handset as hated functionality of the one I got 2 day's earlier and was no problem. Very helpful, and sorted everything including setting up second new phone painlessly. Really great customer service.

The staff in this shop were great, as a typical 'older person' I don't know much about phones, but I needed a new one. The distancing arrangements were very good, virtual queuing worked well. I bought an Oppo Find X2 Neo and I have to say that it is a fantastic phone. The refresh rate is phenomenal and the quality of the camera is second to none. I'm not one for buying expensive phones but this is as good as, if not better, than a top iPhone but for half the price. Go and see Raj in the Silbury Arcade O2 shop in Milton Keynes who really went the extra mile with me, helping me out when I didn't really know what I wanted. He directed me to the Oppo and I am soooooo happy he did. If you buy this phone you won't regret it! Rob C.

Went from CarphoneWareHouse to O2 for my first OnePlus phone. Spoke and dealt with Aon and he was a great guy fantastic customer service went above and beyond for me to get the deal closed on the day too. Been in 3 or 4 times since to sort billing out and arrange an early upgrade with him and always deal with everyone is very polite but definitely ask for Aon he is a credit to the branch always see him for anything and now on my second OnePlus phone through him. Highly recommended
