Many times having kids who always smash their phones. The owner is friendly and trust worthy. The work is always superb. I called in on Friday at 4.20 pm without booking, for a screen replacement iPhone 11 and it was done by 4.30hrs. Competitively priced.you can ring for a price before you go. T. H.Had my phone repaired several times over the years and within a few months the battery is bust and the screen smashed. This being said I was skeptical as to whether I should get it done again. I found Ralakde and they are by far the best most professional service in the Stoke/Newcastle area. I popped into the shop, the man was very polite and they fixed my phone (screen repair, battery change) within 30 minutes. They’ve done a brilliant job and they only deal in authentic manufacturer goods. I’ve had my battery changed in other shops and I can clearly tell the difference this time as it’s like I have a brand new phone and the battery lasts all day like it used to. It cost me £70 in total, £40 for screen repair and £30 for new battery.

M. L.Great customer service from this place last week. Had problems with my iPhone. I was able to take it in the same day with booking an online appointment. Diagnosis done within half an hour, and problem fixed an hour later. They even worked past their closing time so I could leave with it fixed. Cleaned it all after use and put on a new screen protector.
Clearly know what they're doing and give good advice. If I ever need any work on my phone, I'll be going back to them.

J. K.After initial mixed communication I was at first upset the fact the guy stated he'd call me about my phone if it needed further repair because of water damage. After no phone call and numurous amounts of me checking my landline to ensure it was working I contacted the repair guys myself and was told it needed the LCD screen replacing. I was upset as I had been waiting all day for an update to no avail. However when I fetched my phone the guys stated they had been trying to contact me but my landline was not answering. The guys could see that I suffered with anxiety and I had worked myself into a state. They were incredibly apologetic and even offered a 20% discount on the new screen. They fixed my phone within 2hrs and again stressed their apologies. I believe this phone repair shop genuinely care about their customers and went out of their way to make me feel valued. Thank you very much. My phone is working perfectly and I'm 100% satisfied with this service. I recommend to anyone.

But I found this company and sent my phone to them because there prices are low, I sent my battered phone to Ralakde on 4th july and received it on 6th of july. A. W.My phone was absolutely smashed, home button didn’t work and my battery made my phone inusable. Took it to Ralakde today (first time using a phone repair company), I was a bit unsure but after looking at the reviews I went for it. Best decision I have ever made. My phone looks brand new, the battery lasts forever, it was so cheap compared to other companies and it only took 20 minutes. They use legit products too. Will definetly use them the next time I have a problem.
K. B.My sons loves his Samsung Galaxy Tab so much he gave it a bath!!! I mean, this thing was dunked and covered in bubbles. A rice bath of 3 days made no difference. It was dead! Or so I thought. I found this company eBay and they brought it back to life. All for less than £50 in my case. I am still in shock as I thought it was beyond repair, water pouring out of it lead me to think that. I'm so grateful and cannot recommend your service enough. Got the tab back in just over a week, by Interlink straight to my door. I got regular updates throughout and the communication from beginning to end was fantastic. I thought I was going to have to buy another but I'm so grateful you helped. 5 stars!!!

r. d.They did fix the phone, but.... I told them via webchat that my SIM and SD reader and tray was broken. I was quoted £29 to replace it and it would take 48 hours. When they got the phone they rang to say it would now cost £50 because they would also have to replace the SD reader, even though on my LG G6 the SIM/SD reader is a single unit, so their original quote cannot have been just for the SIM reader. It took 10 days before I got the phone back. Once the phone is ready to return then they tell you there is another £7 return postage to pay, so £57 altogether. The parts used are not to the original quality. The new SIM tray has no rubber seal so my phone is no longer water proof. To be honest I did think the price was too good to be true and it was, but I was disappointed. They can fix your phone and they do keep you informed, but beware there maybe extra charges, lower quality parts and you might be without your phone for a while.

After contacting a fair few places who wouldn't/couldn't fix my Xiaomi phone screen, I finally found Ralakde! They ordered the part in for me, it only took a week to arrive despite it being an unusual phone, and then they fixed it within 2 hours of me dropping it off.
Excellent communications, both on the phone and via Facebook. Will most certainly be using them again.
