5⭐ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I can't express how I'm happy that we come with my LG G3 that I had dropped in the water, he checked it, tried to do his best, spent a few hours of his time. But phone was definitely dead. So he has told me that I don't need to pay anything as he was not able to help. Just imagine this! Nowadays everyone (specially in this business) charging for every second of their time. Today I've brought him my LG G5 cracked screen and he has changed it in a couple of hours. My phone is like new now. And I have paid just £70 ! Thank you very much. Very appreciated. Definitely will use again.

Had my iPhone 12 Pro fixed and they did a great job, very friendly and great service. Will be recommending to my friends and family.

Dropped my phone and absolutely wrecked the screen after work on Thursday, gutted doesn't even cover it. I tried a few companies but didn't hild out hope of an urgent repair due to it being nearly 6pm. All that changed when I managed to get a hild of the good folk from case up. Without hesitation they offered to meet me at their premises and ope back up specifically to repair my phone for me. I couldn't believe the offer and was more than happy with the cost quoted. These guys really pulled me out of a pickle when they could have easily said no. Would 1000% recomend these eguys

My daughter's tablet had a bad fall, the LCD was completely gone. I did not know the gays of Case-up, I had to ask around, I had a good feedback for this little shop and.... YES, They are amazing!!! They offered me the cheapest and most honest solution and fixed the tablet in no time. I couldn't be happier, thank you Case-up!

Great staff, fantastic quality of mobile phone case. I advised the worker needed a sterdy case for when my nephews get hold of my phone . Not only did he give me a stylish but reliable cover but also put on a new screen saver which was more reliable then the one I had on. Brilliant price, staff and products highly recommend 10/10.

Had a small crack in my iPhone 8 screen and rang them Saturday and came out Monday asked for 12pm and came at 11am if that’s not a good service I don’t no what is and asked if they had a spare case for a iPhone 8 and got given a new iPhone 8 case I was expecting a used one but no it was new and he said I can have it free I recommend CASEUP 1000% good and fast il be back if my phone brakes again thank you who ever came out and did it for me sorry I didn’t ask what your name was but thank you so much

Really nice friendly staff, popped in here to get a phone cover but picked up the wrong one by mistake. The guy changed it no problem and fitted my phone for me. Also had good covid-19 restrictions in place in the shop. Definitely recommend 👍

I would highly recommend Case Up. I had a problem with my Samsung Tablet and Iphone and due to my busy schedule I just couldn’t get time to go to a phone shop to get repairs done. A friend recommended CaseUp and they actually came to my residence and repaired it. The chap was polite and extremely courteous. The price was reasonable too. All in all, a good experience!

Just got a screen protector applied by Moe at Case up. I was not convinced initially but gave it a go as I could see a line aground the edge of the protector. Apparently a glue zone. Came back in an hour and Moe kindly offered full refund. Therefore for the case I had one star *. For Moe's swift non hesitant offer for refund 5 stars. Next time I would probably do a bit of research in advance. Pavel

Looks a good shop, but they didn't have the cover for my mobile handset, which is the Oppo A5. They only do the Apple iPhone and Samsung ranges.

My I phone 5c charging port was broken and case up fitted one, in around 45 minutes for a very reasonable £25. When that one didn't work the next day I went back and they fitted it with another one, free of charge and in around 20 minutes, very friendly and helpful staff that are clearly very knowledgeable on phone repair, would reccomend to anyone!
