Staff very friendly,will help you with anything you need whether it's to buy a phone, set up contract or just to ask for advice they're very helpful. Safety guidelines were met I felt very safe to visit this shop.

R. M.Today Sunday 14 July, I went into the store with a dilemma of switching from Apple to Andriod. Daniel was the advisor that I dealt with and he did an amazing job helping me transition to a new phone and operating system. These guys are all polite and friendly, they won't steer you wrong. I just wish more place and companies were this great to deal with.
N. H.Most of the time I enter a shop and want to be left alone while I browse. Other times I want a staff member to approach me and help me, eg with a phone. I was probably in the shop the best part of 10 minutes aimlessly looking at phones before I was approached by someone. I was given skeleton information on products and wasn't confident in what I was being told. Ideal I guess if you know what your looking for, go elsewhere if you'd like a guided choice. Can't really fault EE as a network though
