I booked an online iphone 6 battery repair at 10am and by 1pm the mobile van had arrived at my workplace and the repair was carried out in 15 minutes. Claudio the technician was professional and friendly. The phone was charged to 100% as per his instructions and has turned a phone that kept turning off into a once again reliable phone. Dario came out to fix my daughter’s camera lens on her phone and when he arrived realised it was a protector that was damaged and not the actual phone. He charged nothing for coming out to us and was friendly and polite about the fact he took all of 30 seconds to fix the issue. He could of easily said that he had to repair the part and I would of been none the wiser. Thanks so much for the honesty and service

Booked appointment and excellent response and communication. When the technician turned up he had a problem with the screen I ordered.so he explained and had to put in a after market screen, but with the option to change it for Apple screen if I wanted to. After technician left found a problem with the screen. Contacted the shop and they arranged for a technician to come to my home address after he finished work to replace screen again with apple product. Problems encountered not Mouse Tech fault but suppliers fault. Mouse Tech service was outstanding, the response time to the issues was again outstanding. Would highly recommend and if I have phone issues in future will be my first choice. Well done.

Great customer service and really reasonable. Had a battery changed in daughters iPhone and they sorted a screen protector out at the same time, all from the van parked outside. Will def use again for any mobile issues 👍
