K. T.My first in-store experience. I was very impressed with the service. Ava was so polite, helpful and knowledgable. She talked me through the in-store MOT (as she completed all the checks) and booked my phone in with the in-store repair shop. Overall a great service, the whole team were welcoming (but a special mention for Ava). I would definitely recommend this store.

A. S.Went in for the new S10 for an upgrade after getting a text. There appeared to be some confusion as to the implication of this message. Staff were really helpful, gave me the deal I wanted and more. Sorted out everything I needed and were very friendly and laid back, which was nice as when people panic you tend to find it stressful.
J. M.An excellent shop and Excellent service. When my phone went dead and needed to be sent away for repair, I was given a replacement phone for a week, which was better than the one I had. The shop assistant helped save all my info to the new phone and was polite and patient throughout the ordeal.i could not have hoped for better.

He gave me all the advice I needed and gave me a few options/deals to think over, whilst I was there he managed to save my sister money on her internet. If you want good service you have to ask for him. Joe if you see this,I went and bought him your shoes when we left !
T. P.I've been with EE for a very long time now. One of the best experiences of customer service there is. When someone from the store took my number and promised to text when a certain deal was back in I didn't expect for that to happen 3 months down the line but yes he did and that stood out to me.
A. B.I went in last wednesday and was served by a lovely chap called Joe I think (he was form Yorkshire) and the young girl with red hair and glasses. They both served and dealt with my problem. They were polite and such an amazing team
They both helped me so much, I didn’t come in to buy anything and I had been turned away by a man at the Weston Favell store who told me my grandson would be able to do it. I’m a novice when it comes to mobile phones and I have been wanting to download whatap on my phone and not knowing how I needed to seek help.
They sat me down and did everything step by step for me explaining what they did.
I can’t thank them enough for all their help and there is no one else I will deal with anymore. After getting appalling service from the other store these two people are the only reason I’m still with your provider. They really do deserve the recognition for their amazing work and customer rapport building. Thank you both . Regards Agnes

Joe was brilliant, even worked it out in a year I can buy myself a Michael Kors Watch with the savings, never seen a sales technique like that before but it worked, thank you.
