A.Fantastic service today - a Sunday - from Dave Smith at O2 shop in Weston Favell Centre. 10/10 for attitude, responsiveness and technical ability to fix the problem I went to him with. It was just another reminder that the best service is provided face-to-face by local people, genuinely focused on customer needs, compared to my experience of the abysmal “call centre” service provided by both O2’s telephone sales and customer support people. Lesson learned; shop local.
As the owner/MD of a professional training company in both sales and customer service, I can honestly say that what Dave does is far more likely to win new customers - and keep them!

N.Haleema, Nana and Andrew provided an outstanding customer experience for me. So very helpful, understanding of my needs and empathetic to my frustrations. They are personable, demonstrate exceptional listening skills and appear to love the job. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very happy to help me set up my phone. And explain clearly what I needed to do to set up my phone.
Sadly the new phone Samsung A13 is very poor. Transferring my data has been very frustrating. I don't know if it is the phone or the transfer app. On my old phone Samsung S7, I changed a few settings to help with my disability. I'm told that because the new phone didn't like the changes I made, it had a negative impact on transferring my data. I was unable to stream Netflix in high quality, my screen went black. I could hear what was being said, even though it was only every other word I still couldn't see it. It also closed down Spotify whilst I was listening to music. And typing out messages was a nightmare due to the keys not responding quick enough to what I wanted to type. Not all of my Apps have transferred over. Each time I have tried, it has transferred different Apps from my old phone! There is no output when I connect my bluetooth headphones. I am going to transfer my data one more time, if it doesn't work I will have to return it.

A. R.Went to be advised on what to do with the wife's pay as you go phone after vergin text to say that PAYG phone Will no longer exist after Feb 2022. I was greated buy James who was absolutely brilliant and helped us out with the following we changed over to O2 from vergin and kept the same number also changed from PAYG to a monthly contract which is better for the wife we also explained that we was unhappy with our internet provider he explained how he could help again by moving over to O2 he explained that the O2 wi_fi would work foy phone Christine's phone the TV andy Chromebook I was well impressed I now have a better internet and all our other items are working better than ever
