Absolutely fantastic fixing!!!! Took my phone in there today (it was driving me up the wall with all its issues….!!!!) and a couple of hours later it was fixed! I thought it was going to cost a fortune, so much so that I was willing to buy a refurbished old phone as I thought it maybe cheaper…. BUT £95 to fix all the issues with my phone (new screen, which resolved the issues and a clean out of the microphone and a free screen protector!!!) I’m absolutely over the moon with the service and my fixed phone!! This is the second time I’ve used this service, first time was a snapped off charger point in my phone (cheers kids…) again this wasn’t a problem at all and was fixed straight away and inexpensive!! Absolutely would 100% always use this service! Thanks a bunch!

Was having problems with the fingerprint scanner on my android. Came in to see if it could be repaired, was advised that the replacement part could be obtained next day. Returned the following morning to have work done. Two hours later my phone is fixed!! Exceptional service, very reasonable rates and super fast turnaround. Highly recommend going here if you have problems with your electronics. Thank you so much!

The guy was brilliant. Really friendly and a bit of banter. I was quoted a really reasonable price for my smashed iPhone 6 screen and he said it would only take 20 minutes, and true to his word it absolutely did. Top class service and although I hope to never need him again (in the nicest possible way!), i will use him again if i ever need to - and would recommend him to anyone else that needs a repair like this.

I shattered the glass on my ipad 2 by accidentally dropping it whilst attempting to plug in the charging lead. I found out about Fastfix and took it in for repair, without any advance notice at 4.00 pm on Monday. Not only was the repair carried out successfully in just over an hour I was given a token for a free cup of coffee while I waited. I consider the £40 charge was excellent value for money and considerably cheaper than sending the ipad away for repair. I did wonder if this would be a 'cowboy' repair. Well, it certainly was not. It was carried out with professionalism and skill. I would recommend this gentleman without any reservations. Thank you. Michael.

Fast Fix Brenn is the best. I called hoping to get my water damaged phone fixed in a day or two. Instead, since he was going away for a few days, Brenn offered to drive over to my house and fix it ON HIS WAY TO THE AIRPORT!! Sure enough he arrived within a couple of hours and sorted out the problem, and he also hung on a good 20 mins or so to make sure the phone was charging correctly before leaving. Incredible service from a friendly guy and at an extremely good price.

Absolutely fantastic!! My better half managed to drop her phone in water which damaged the headphonejack leaving the phone in headphone mode. She couldn’t make calls, play music ect ect. Took it into the store at 14:45, really nice guy had a look and confirmed what the problem was, picked the phone up parts replaced and good as new at 15:30!! Great customer service, 45 minutes to repair the phone and all for only £35!! Can’t beat service like that! Highly recommend!!!

Smashed the screen of my iphone 5c to pieces but the guys at Fastfix had it working better then ever in an hour. Recommend the screen protectors there as well. Really highly recommend them, friendly, fast and efficient service and the repair only cost £45 whereas mobile solutions wanted me to pay £55.

Call out service is fantastic. Engineer came to my house in wymondham to fix the headphone socket on my iPhone 6 (I thought it needed a new one). After 5 mins I was told that it was just dirt blocking it and it was all fixed. Really appreciated the honest service. Was charged a small call out fee instead of repair - which was great. Popped over on the off chance as my phone is my life line....sound familiar? Problem with the connection point on the phone, wouldn't allow the USB plus to go in.
