Paul gave really good costumer service and fixed my Oppo Reno that was difficult to gets parts for. He found a way to get it fixed with original parts and at a good price and I'm honestly really grateful. I did go to a different place before coming to Paul and they were really rude towards me and I decided to not get my phone fixed there as I wanted good customer service. Thank goodness my phone is now fixed and I left feeling satisfied and welcomed here. He is such a genuine guy and I really can't recommend him enough. Had a gaming asus laptop with a dead motherboard, which showed absolutely no signs of life and was overheating due to bad cooling. Googled for repair shops in Norwich and some of them refused to even check if it's fixable. Then I found this amazing guy Paul, who not only decided to give it a shot at fixing it, but said that if he wouldn't be able to do anything with it, it will be free of charge. Turned out that it's really dead, so Paul took out the hard drive for easy data recovery, gave me tips on how to maintain and look after gaming laptops if I get one again in the future at absolutely no cost. To sum up it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, really nice, friendly and fast paced. Would definetly recommend to anyone having any issues with their devices to go there. 10/10
