Jordon and Harvey were super friendly - I had an iPhone XS which I assumed would need a new lightning port after I had tried to clean it but symptoms persisted like no charging and no headphone use. Within minutes they’d given it a professional clean and the port functions perfectly. Best of all, they did this for free! Definitely one to come back to when I need my battery changing later!

Very happy with my repaired screen! Helped by Jordan who was very helpful and professional. I could tell he knew his stuff and I was amazed at how quickly he repaired my phone screen for me. The screen is a little blue in tint BUT I couldn’t be happier! I can even hear my phone calls now! 😂 thanks Jordan!

Luke who works at Mobile Lab put a new battery in my iPhone 7+ in under half an hour with a 12 month warranty, and it cost £40. Although it wasn’t a apple battery they are a authorised repair partner with apple. I went to a couple of other places where I had to make an appointment for a battery replacement at a cost of £59 Another place charged £ £30 with a month warranty. I’m happy with the service I received from Mobile Lab in Victoria centre Nottingham. And Luke was very friendly and knew his job. I recommend Mobile Lab👍🏽

Excellent service by Jordan. Replaced an iPhone screen in 15mins without prior appointment booked. Lifetime warranty issued with replacement screen. edit: Having had the new screen for 24 hours I can now see that the quality is not the same as the original iphone screen. Mobile Lab used to fit apple screens but now use another supplier and I was told the screen is the same. Bit disappointed with the product despite the speedy service.

I went in asking for a quote to replace my lightning port in my iPhone believing it was damaged. Jordon and Harvey who were working there explained it is something they can do but more often than not it’s dirt built up in there and a proper clean can fix the problem before replacing parts. They did a proper clean there and then while I waited which solved the problem and they didn’t charge me a penny for it.

Great, friendly service. Helped out by Jordan. Was so helpful and very knowledgable with their products!

My phone had to be partially repaired at the head office after one the staff members in the store, Luke had made one of the repairs in store. And even though the head office were poor in service, how they communicated and basically everything else, Jordan and Luke (especially Luke) made sure they chased and bothered head office to find out what was going on with my phone in terms of repair and when it would be delivered so that they could communicate any info with me. So I definitely recommend getting your phone fixed in this into victoria staff, they'll do a great job. But don't allow head office to do any repairs, they're crap🤷🏿‍♂️

Had a great experience second or third time I've visited a Mobile Lab store.
