Had a problem with my phone with the usb charger no longer fitting properly in the usb port. Went to a phone fix place in the city centre and they said I needed a completely new usb port fitting and it would cost £55. Decided to get a second opinion from Mobile Lab in West Bridgford. Reece at Mobile Lab quickly diagnosed the problem was just down to there being a build up of dust/debris in the port which he cleared out and that resolved the issue. He didn't charge anything for this which was a quick one minute job. Great honest service. Made my day!

Went in because I thought my charging port was broken. They cleaned it free of charge and said it didn’t need replacing. They could have easily taken my £50 and replaced it anyway but they were honest and very helpful. Will definitely be returning with any future problems I have.

This new shop is awesome. I used to go to Apple store phone before for any repairs. I was bit hesitant in the beginning but once I walked in the shop it was brilliant from customer services to the repair they carried out for me. I will definitely recommend them and use them in future.
