Got new phone for myself and partner
James was down to earth 🌎and didn't push anything, had to return Sunday after I had managed to turn my phone into a expensive paperweight , Nathan the manager went above and beyond to deal with it, thankfully he sorted it , 5 stars isn't enough 11 out of 10 all day long, I will be returning 😀
J. S.My understanding is that this shop is a franchise instead of just O2. I was extremely thankful for this when O2 messed up the warranty repair I sent them. Don and the team were amazing when I came for their help with it. They were thorough, caring and followed through like you would if it were your own phone. I can't compliment them highly enough.

If not , if you want Question's answered about your exsisting contract about your security with 02 online THEY WILL TELL YOU STRAIGHT..
You need to phone them up 👎👏sort it yourself in other words. Sales reps only earn money on selling new products .
