A. B.I took my MacBook into the store because it wouldn’t turn on, so I took it here to see if they could find out what was wrong with it before I had to return it back to Apple. I spoke with a lovely lady named Asmae who also sent me a receipt when I asked as I was abit wary of leaving it there as I’ve never used the shop before. When I came to collect it she informed me it was just my charger that was broke & not the actual laptop. She didn’t want any money for her time which I thought was really nice & she was ever so kind & polite. I would definitely go back if I have any more problems with any of my devices. The service was lovely, thank you :)
