Great staff but the coverage of three is very poor 😕 Can't wait to get rid of them in 2 months when I finish the contract. It was a long and painful journey with them, very sad 😔 .

Terrible service from Three over the phone.... text to switch also didn't work. A long drive to Peterborough to see Andre who sorted a PAC code out quickly, efficiently and in a professional manner. Won't be using Three again but the Peterborough Store are doing a great job. Thanks Andre

Have fallen in love with three mobile! Thank you so much for making a difficult situation for me so easy to get through. Staff in this store were so helpful, nothing was too much for them. Cannot rate the 3 peterborough store enough! Kev was super friendly and was amazing throughout. Got me the best possible deal and listened to what my needs for the phone were. Even sorted out my screen protector out for me (extra bonus points there) and also gave great advice for the accessories Make sure you ask for him if going into store!

We visited this store today for assistance with a problem on a new broadband package purchased over the phone. The Assistant Manager who dealt with us could not have been more helpful and courteous in explaining how we should be using the package we had purchased. Many thanks for the help.

I was looking to change my internet from BT to anybody cheaper,then i came across the fact that i could get 4g or 5g internet without a landline for less than a third of what i was paying BT. I purchased a older version lte 3 router and made sure i could get a signal good enough to stream TV,it worked great,however i went to this shop and at first they had some doubts that it would work i exsplained the signal was fine even though they at first said "no" .they at first said they couldnt sell me a setup, i had to agree the results may not be have been very good but it has been OUTSTANDING i now get 40 to 80 mbs. down loads ,i can only say thank you to nikki and her bosses for allowing me to go ahead with my purchase ,really great service and i hope to be a 3 customer for a long time to come.many thanks W gray.

Ketan was so helpful today and sorted out all the problems I had (as we are not techy enough to sort ourself) in about 20 mins. We always find all the staff extremely friendly and helpful; a good reason to stay with three. When we recently changed phones and then went in for a new protective cover had same high level of service, so not a one off.
