Vodafone is a company that cares about their customers. I lost my phone briefly and they immediately blocked sim card and phone. It's great. When I found it, they unblocked everything, and if you're not sure what's going on, just visit Vodafone Plymouth, like I did and the staff there will go out of the way to sort you out, like they did me. Great people at Vodafone.

Excellent service from Yin and Scott, they were both extremely helpful and friendly. My first ever phone from Vodafone so hoping the signal is better for 4g and 5g than O2 who I've been with for last 2 yrs and their signal was terrible. The best deals around even better than buymobiles.net. the regards app with Vodafone looks insanely good. Hopefully the next 2 years are as good as the service in store 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

Had to get a new phone yesterday, as my old one was on its last stand. Went in, waited patiently, and I was served by the nicest staff members I could imagine. I felt a little nervous since this was my first time buying a new phone for myself, and I did come across some difficulties with which name the phone would be in, which they understood completely. But throughout the whole experience they were friendly, understanding, and even did a little bit of working out so we could find which phone plan would be best for me. Student discount as well! I wish I could have thanked these people more, I felt super comfortable and went away happy with a new phone. Read some other reviews about bad customer service or long waiting times, but this store is pretty small, and sometimes staff can't do much about staff shortages or waiting times. They do their best for you. They're human too. At least give them some respect for that. Joanne and Paul if ur reading this I miss u already.

I have been a Vodaphone customer in Plymouth, Devon, since Sept.2013. I can honestly say that in all that time I have recived nothing but outstanding service from the staff. This includes those from the old George Street shop, who have moved on, and the staff from the original Drake Circus shop, and the new complex. I have had 3 new phones from them and never had a problem of any sort. The staff have always assisted me with any difficulties due my inability to understand certain operating and technical hitches as I am an OAP. My new V8 is an outstanding mobile phone. Thank you Plymouth Voda Shop.
