I was served today by a gentleman named Geoff or BIG G! I must honestly say from the bottom of my heart! WOW is seriously a credit to the company! I suffer with anxiety & I think Geoff could see that, he went above and beyond to ensure I wasn’t worrying & everything went smoothly and very professional. After checking the tv was fully functional & had no damage I was paid my money & given my receipt. Fast, efficient and so so professional! Thanks BIG G

I visited today to sell some of my old jewellery. Sheila greeted us politely at the door and asked how she could help. We were referred over to Jeff, who was very informative, professional and gave us a fair price. I’d definitely go here again if I were looking to buy or sell.

Not only offer instant cash for sales, they also offer very competitive and great prices, especially for around the Christmas time. On top of this, staff are extremely kind with a seriously quick and skilled process, buying or selling. The highlight staff would easily be Geoff who was very quick to sell my products, and on top of that, I was offered higher than CEX prices as part of a new promotion. Rang the store today to ask for advice on a few items I wasn't clued up on and was interested in purchasing. Getting any sort of decent customer service during the pandemic is hard to come by. However the lady I spoke to, I think her name was Emma was absolutely brilliant and knew exactly what she was talking about and gave me the reassurance I needed on how to go about purchasing my items of interest. I felt she explained why what I wanted was perfect for me and will be purchasing more online from here in the future and look forward to visiting the store when it reopens.

Came into Gash Generators Preston today and the atmosphere was amazing especially with all the ups and downs this year as it's been tough on everybody, a Lady called Emma helped me store and was a great help 😊 would highly recommend using this store instead of Cash Converters.

All staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being patronising. I was a particularly difficult customer in terms of specific needs and they spent the time to make sure I left with a product that worked for me. Mike and Nat were especially helpful but the young gent and lady in the shop were also great. Would recommend to both people who don't know much about tech and also people who are in the know. Great selection of goods at very competitive prices. Fantastic returns policy if you aren't sure

Staff are the saving grace for me. Every time I buy a phone or something electrical theres usually some kind of undisclosed fault, but staff are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. Cheap prices too. Just wish the staff would do more extensive checks on the phones and tablets before they buy them.
