Came into a 3 store in reading, I was served by Denisa, I believe your to be in some kind of management position. Customer service was excellent. Extremely informative, went in there to change networks due to previous negative experiences over the phone and in different stores, but I was treated like a human and I am extremely thankful. She should be training others in the art of customer service. Thanks Denisa!

Good to see people like her working in Retail, who are always forward on helping people like me, who are not tech savvy. It's simply fantastic experience at the 3 UK store. Like to mention about Mr. Amar, he is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very customer friendly. He steps into customer shoes and understand the problems and gives the best solution. 3 UK should be proud of having a employee like him. Great experience today, Rosh and a male colleague whos name i didnt get sorted out a replacement sim within 5 minutes of me arriving. I had had issues previously trying to get my sim card and if not for them would have cancelled my contract and gone elsewhere. Do not normally post reviews but am really happy with the customer service i recieved. Employees in store such as these two need to be recognised as they really make a difference. I was unhappy with previous visit and after calling customer services as advised was disappointed with the apparent lack of interest in helping resolve my problem or keeping me as a customer. Am very pleased with how quickly i was helped in store and the two friendly and approachable staff who were there. Thank you 😊

Three mobile is by far the best Phone store . The help you get from staff and offers they have is by far the best prices. £10 amonth gives you 30 GB's covering all calls to landline and other mobile sites as well as email sending. This site is called SMARTY OF WHICH THREE MOBILE COVERS .

PROS: - bigger than the other 3 Store on Broad St, - more employees, - helpful employees, - opened on Sundays, - once you manage to get to the table things are usually done pretty fast. CONS: - even longer waiting times (gets really busy), - no seats for while you're waiting, - if you can, try doing everything on the web (buying pre-paid takes forever), - opens late in the morning.

I have been into 3 twice. Both times to move my family off Virgin who in comparison are dreadful. They explained the nature of the contract and set it up for you unlike virgin who give you a phone and ask you to speak to a call centre!

When I got to the store was empty and no one in there and then all of the sudden got busier and packed with customers waiting for an assistant to support them with Thier enquiries I was so disappointed that I got there first and people got served before me I was in a process to score you one star but Abbey was emailing and she addressed my concerns and apologized to me with a professional manners and high level of initiative If her service wasn't outstanding I would have scored you one star only Once again thanks abbey to you great customer satisfaction My advise is to sort out the queues as it doesn't look organised and people
