Popped into west quay store for advice on upgrading sons iPhone, served by Manny who was extremely helpful and patient. Looking forward to coming back in soon to sign up once we have worked out best way forward Thank you, so nice to have personal service 👍

Good service and walked away with a better deal than i had before.only thing that stopped it being 5 star was level of back ground noise. Tv running whilsts 3 sets of customers speaking made it hard to hear what my advisor was saying

Very good initially, the chap/ host...I spoke to was very helpful...but the process of passing you onto another person is stupid/ frustrating. You get so far then have to wait...and start all over again.

Went to go see the latest range of mobile phone available, massive amounts of choices!.. I'm going to have to think about what handset I want? 🙁...apart from me being old! The store is very helpful and very informative! Didn't have any issues about which handsets are the best, very very helpful lady who was extremely knowledgeable! 😊All very competitive and store is very clean and tidy! I'll be back when I've decided which one I fancy? Well done team! 5*

Very helpful staff with equipment n very Friendly.

Only 2 staff members around when I arrived initially but when we came back half an hour later Carl was happy to help us and helped set up our new broadband contract. Really pleased as we don't even have to cancell sky as they do it for us. Carl was really nice and friendly and made my day with getting this sorted out :D thanks a lot!

Amazing service! I walked into the Southampton West Quay store this afternoon, I was enquiring about about when could I upgrade my phone. I met a male member of staff called Alex, I was greeted with a warm smile and was guided over to a seating area. This young mans customers service was amazing! Nothing was too much, even with myself overloading him with questions. I was able to sort out my upgrade/contact and was out of the door in under 15 minutes! Very quick and easy, everything explained in full detail. Thanks to Alex I now have a new phone set and ready to go.

Very helpful staff unlike O2 who said 2 hour wait even though no one in store.

Both myself and my partner Went into store looking to add Apple watches to our existing phone contracts, was initially seen by Paddy who I believe is their store manager, he passed us on to Jay. Both members of staff were extremely helpful and where they didn’t have exactly what I wanted they went above and beyond to offer me an alternative. Excellent customer service from both Paddy and Jay. I have had previously dealings with Paddy when collecting my IPhone X, and he would be my “go to” person if needed anything in store, other than leaving a review on here for them both I don’t know how to express my total satisfaction with their help and customer service

I went in to change network from Vodafone, and they were more than happy to help. I was seen instantly and the initial stuff was done in around 10 minutes. I decided to get my PAC code off of Vodafone whilst nearby to the EE store, which took about an hour, but once I got it there was only a short wait with EE while they verified it and everything was done and dusted.

Had a bloke called jack looking after he was great and good at his job. But came away from without some info on new phone have been ringing them since 14.45today with no one answering a bit piss poor to be fair which is a shame considering what they were like in the shop and he said as my probs give us a call. Ive used the ee shop for 2 years plus and have always got extremely good service from the sales staff. I wish though they could be a bit more up on the technical side of the gadgets they promote, having said that some of the staff can sort out the problem.
