They have nothing but 5 star reviews on here and you can see why. Recently I had to send in a 2013 iMac and iPad 4 for repair, and they had them both fixed and ready for collection in 2 days. Obviously nobody wants to break their Apple devices, but if you do, make sure you visit these guys to get them fixed. They are professional Apple technicians and they will fix pretty much any Apple product you may have to a professional standard for an extremely reasonable fee in no time.

I've been using Fallen Apples for around 2 years now. I am yet to come across a rotten apple with regards to bad jobs or poor customer service. Their workmanship is the best I've seen when it comes to iPad & Amazon Fire Tablet repairs. The replacement screens, Digitisers and other parts are of high quality and not cheap plastic or knock offs that I've had from previous repair shops. The customer service and efficiency on repairs is top notch, they clearly know what they're doing and I couldn't recommend them enough. I have used this service to assess and repair two devices. In both cases, the work was swift and good value for money. In the case of one of the repairs to an iPhone 6s, Fallen Apples picked up on issues that Apple and my service provider had fobbed me off about. They gave me some excellent consumer rights advice and specialist knowledge that resulted in my phone being replaced and compensation paid, which my service provider had previously refused to do. I called their shop in Southampton, got a price, accepted it, booked an appointment for 1.00 pm the same day. I took the phone in and it was done there and then. A very efficient and friendly service. I had a new screen put on my ipad Air. I was given a quote by email and text so I could decide whether to use them, and I obviously decided to follow through. Ipad was repaired within a couple of days. I was kept informed by email and text as to what stage my repair was at. The repair job was excellent, and he even mended the home button which hadn't been working properly following a repair done elsewhere a couple of years ago! No extra cost for that btw. All in all, I was extremely happy with the service provided by Fallen Apples and have already recommended them to a couple of friends and will continue to do so. Apple insisted that the main board in my iPhone was damaged and wanted to charge me over £250 for the repair. I knew this was not the case - and so did Apple because they had run two sets of diagnostic tests on the phone and told me the problem was with the screen. When they actually opened the phone they saw the water ingress indicators had turned red and decided this was enough of an excuse to try to charge me an exorbitant amount for an unnecessary repair. I spoke to Fallen Apples and they diagnosed the problem over the phone. They told me I might be able to solve the problem by opening up the phone and pressing the connections back on to the screen. They warned me that this might work for a while but the problem might return - in which case they would replace the screen It did fail after a couple of months so I took the phone into them and they replaced the screen - works perfectly now. Excellent service from an honest organisation - unlike Apple.

The Rolls Royce of all tablet/phone repairs. Most knowledgeable, a professional neat repair job (Apple will struggle to beat it) and very competitively priced. Take it form someone who builds his own computers and has done iphone, Google Nexus and ipad repairs himself (I cannot do as neatly as this). If you have a broken gadget (or software issue) do NOT think twice, bring it in and will be fixed as good as new. For those driving in, the shop is literally 5/10 minutes from M27 junction 5 (watch the speed camera) and there is a 2 hour free car park very close to the shop as well. I have had my second tablet Google Nexus repaired as well which is as good as new (was sitting in the garage due to non use as had a new battery which never worked) - 100% restored and a super service - And to add, a gentleman and very courteous service
