We popped into the store today as my Ukrainian guests finally arrived after their visa came through. I had read that Three were giving away free SIM cards with unlimited data, texts and calls to Ukraine and then after 30 days it will be a PAYG and the pick tariff that they want. I have to say Elijah and Maria were spectacular. Maria spoke some of their language and we were the first family to take them up this offer in Southampton. They didn’t blink and just checked visas and ID and helped swap out the sims. I honestly think this is such a kind gesture from the company, such good staff feeling around this crisis and I know when my phone needs changing from Vodafone I’ll be going to Three. Thank you

You can get plenty of better deals from three.co.uk and they have "no change of mind" contracts, compared to online where you have 14 days. Next time I will do it online and I won't go back to them.

I was looking for a data sim for my work iPad. Three seemed competitive so I visited the West Quay store with Callum and Samuel on the desk front and Paul as the store manager. Thanks to the help of the team I've come away with two data sim's that are a perfect match for mobile working! Thanks to Three Southampton - you've been very pleasant and I look forward to transferring from EE to Three due to the exceptional in store service!

Wife is disabled and needed to upgrade so as a named person on her account because of her disability she can't leave the house, I went to the store and explained the situation, and was just told blankly that she would still have to come to the store, which I explained that she can't hence why I'm on as a named person with password etc to access her account but still was told no, but I went outside the store and called the customer service and they sorted it out with no problem at all and even matched the phone and contract requirements I needed and ordered it that same hour for me, so my advice is not to bother going into a store like these and call up and explain your needs and they will do what they can to assist you unlike the store

The majority if the staff were very professional and pleasant. Alex is a real asset to your store and talked me through my plan. I came into the store confused and stressed but left feeling happy and knowledgeable. Alex put me at ease and has a wonderful smile and professional persona. I feel very lucky to have been dealt by him. I'm not sure about upper management as while I was waiting they seemed totally disinterested. However, this was made up by Alex and the rest of the team. I'll be coming back. Thankyou

Always fabulous customer service from this Store. I have been with "3" for ten years now and would not change. Upgraded my phone this last week and "Rosie" one of the assistants, was absolutely brilliant. Took her time with me, as their server was very slow, transferred everything onto my new phone. Professional, friendly and polite. I have tried to phone the Store, but no answer, as I wanted to personally tell the Manager what a credit she is to them. Their deals have always been the best, no quibble with charges, bills etc. A massive THANK YOU to Paul (the Manager), Rosie and the rest of the staff.

Amazing Customer Service from Pete and the team at the West Quay store - I was having problems with the Call Centre staff in respect of an upgrade. I have been a customer for nearly 13 years and had just about had enough of the poor service I had received from them, always have problems, they never listen and on this occasion I had had enough and ended the call !! I went into store with every intention of taking mu business elsewhere however, Pete and his team restored my faith as a customer and I have now got an amazing new package and am once again a happy customer !! Can't thank them enough !!

Always seem to get better deal when I visit store. I was one of the first to sign to 3. PAYG at first, then contract. I've always been fairly dealt with. Obviously covid has messed up having a personal visit to the store. Last visit, my history of use was looked at, then offered deals that would suit me. No hard sell, as product sells itself as far as I'm concerned. If you are tech savvy, online can deliver good results, I just like to discuss with a person. No doubt the current situation may well render a physical presence in shopping centres obsolete. Time will tell.

I first visited this 3 store to get hands on experience with a Nexus 6P. However, the store staff told me that it wasn't charged and they didn't want to charge it. Unfortunately they lost my business however it's a tidy store and most likely the other handsets are charged.
