A. P.You do not know what your going to get. Every time I visit this shop sometimes you have stunning service and they can not do enough for you, other times you get rude staff. All I wanted to do is exchange an item and an arrogant blond woman served me and it felt she wanted an argument.
3 stars due to other staff being helpful more training needed in this shop.
S. C.Brilliant service. Went to another o2 store for data transfer but they would not do it as they said I needed a Guru. Walked in to Swansea Oxford Street and it was done straight away by a Sales Advisor. No Guru needed. Just wish that all the other shops were as helpful. Excellent service
