D. S.I went into 3 to see if they had any deals on as my sons contract was due in July & Morgan was so friendly & helpful!! Its been the most comfortable conversation I’ve had with a sales person for a long while & everyone else at the sales store was so easy to talk to & definitely had a laugh whilst waiting.
J. J.Popped in with my friend so he could get a new phone and we got served by Morgs. What a pleasure it was, and turns out he's from the same village I came from as a child. He's very honest, and his customer service is second to none.

J. G.I went into store today on a whim to enquire about a phone upgrade. I met with a guy called Morgs. He was an absolute gentleman. He sold me, what i thought was a fair deal and he also took great pride in his work. His manners were exceptional. He fitted a screen protector to my new phone and proudly claimed that he was “an expert at fitting these screen protectors” and that he gets them right every time. I liked that because he was clearly very passionate about his job and i felt as if i’d really experienced an outstanding example of customer service. Anyway, i digress. The staff were lovely and i really do feel that they did all they could to give the best customer service that they could. 10/10 bravo!

My husband has had issues with his Honor phone lately and has visited the store on a few occasions recently and has been helped and advised by Sion. Thanks to Sion's excellent customer service and knowledge the issue has been resolved. I would like to thank Sion for his advice and patience and would highly recommend the Three store Swansea in general. All members of my family have contracts with Three and will continue to do so in the future.
