S. C.I had a very positive experience at Time2Talk, after dropping my old phone in the sea I had to buy another so went to Time 2Talk to see what they have within my price range. Bought a very nice iPhone 11 which I was very happy with. I received exceptional help from Greg to transfer all my data from my dead phone. He was amazing as I really thought I had lost everything. All staff are very helpful and pleasant but Greg went out of his way to help.

I was sent two update emails and texts about the work progress and when the job was finished. I actually ended up selling the phone immediately after the repair to Time 2 Talk for more money than Apple were willing to give me in their official trade-in service. Well done to all the staff, I will certainly use their services in the future.

I paid attention to all the staff and saw that they were very happy. Members of the phone repair business. They informed me of the time when I would receive it. After being repaired, they requested that I receive it. Then I collected it. The price was really good for me, and it was reasonable.

O.Purchased an ex display model which arrived as described. I did have to phone as i had ordered this for NWD and the tracking hadn't moved the day it was supposed to be delivered. The gentleman on the phone was great, even went to the local post office to find out what was going on as they were not answering the phone. It turned out they had an issue with their van and the phone was delivered the day after which wasn't the fault of the seller. Its this level of customer service that makes companies stand out from the rest, a well deserved 5 stars.

In spite of falling, my phone was absolutely fine, whereas the screen protector has some cracks and lines, and I was amazed at it. I can't but recommend it. I am now so much happier.
