I cannot fault them - superb customer service. Efficient and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to repair my old phone and get me started with the new one after we just dropped in towards the end of the day. Excellent value for money. I have also bought several phones from them in the past.

Really good service with the phone whisperer. The team are excellent, trustworthy, and know exactly what they are talking about. Helped me with a real issue I had with an iPad, and got it working for me again in no time. Will definitely come back to these guys again with anything I need Apple related. Highly recommended.

Absolutely 5⭐ service once again. Was after a screen protector for a Oppo Find X5 as the ones I'd bought didn't stick. Went in and they made one there and then fitted all within 5minutes. You can't even tell there is a screen protector on it.

The Brent was very knowledgeable, although he did not service my particular phone, he was very helpful and have great advice. The shop was clean and tidy, and organised that's a sign of a good workman/ workshop to me 👍

Highly recommend as the guy was well nice and he put a screen protector on the first time and it had a horrible mark on it and it wouldn't go away so i wasn't happy and fretting so I went back and he put a new screen protector on and there are no marks or scratches so it doesn't bother me the phone no more after he fixed the screen protector. he gives you a guaranty on anything you buy from them. don't go to the phone shop in Altringham as they did a bad job at my phone protector so I giving them 5 stars

Absolutely fantastic service here. I managed to badly smash the screen on my Galaxy S20+, I went in to the shop and handed it over. I was promised that the phone would be ready and as good as new the following day. The following day, I collected my phone and am pleased to say that the promise made was fulfilled. I have used The Phone Whisperer on a number of occasions. I have bought from and sold to, and always been given the fairest of prices. I have used the expertise of Don when bringing my Apple devices in for repair. His knowledge is second to none and he pays maticulous attention to detail. I actually trust him more than Apple themselves! I have used other repair companies but none have had knowledge like Don. All repairs are complete within the agreed deadlines. If it is going to be a little longer the communication from Don is impeccable. This is a trait other companies could learn from. The honesty that you get from Don is also commendable. He will give you an option of repair components and will tell you what the issue actually is. Then it's up to you to decide. The parts he uses are of the highest quality and he even offers Apple original. So, in short, if you are having a repair done, buying from, or selling too - I'm sure this will be a pleasant and positive experience. Do yourself a favour and take away the worry of wether a job will be done correctly. Use the Phone Whisperer.
